Replaced identical units that were 8 years old. the water flow and temperature are great for hand washing, but don't expect to run a washing machine or other appliance with it. These heaters do a good job if you use them for the purpose for which they were designed.

The only way to get more than luke warm water is to have a trickle of water, hot (valve) on only. After the cost of the unit, another $100 for 10 guage romex from the circuit breaker to the sink, plus other electrical accessories, only get a trickle of warm water.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by kiliki Did it's job
Did it's job but replacing it after exactly 4 years.
Good for heating water at an low use sink like bar or Dr.'s office.
Replacing it because of small leaked. No damage but shorted wiring.
Wish lasted longer then value and quality scores would have improved.

this works very well as a stand alone hot water source for a small business lavatory. Its small size allowed it to fit inside a standard lavatory sink cabinet.

Rated 5 out of 5 Great Product
Installed in a small RV for use with one sink. Mine is the 110vt version. Just spliced it in the hot water line to the sink and plugged it in using a home made cord. Works great!
