I called the 800 number - they do not have it in any store in US and are not planning to ever have it again. I suggested that it might be a good idea to remove it from the website.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick and Easy It took all of 5 minutes to put it together and fill with oil. I pulled the choke lever and it started in one pull. Then I started plugging things in. Worked perfectly! December 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pramac Generator works very well Did a lot of research on this generator. Found out it has a good source for parts. Generator started on first pull! Did voltage test and it was right on the money. December 19, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worked for 5 minutes I should have taken the customers advice that was returning one at the home depot in Everett, ma. His didn't work and either did mine. Took it out of the box, put the oil and gas in(did not come with power cord), and it started right up after two pulls! That was the only good thing I found. After running it for thirty minutes I plugged in a small table lamp so I could see. The light stayed on for 5 minutes before everything went dark again. None of the plugs worked. I followed the directions and even had an electrician come over to look at it. He said there was no juice coming out of it. The engine ran good, with no power coming out of it... Now I will say home depot in Waltham, ma was very nice taking it back and telling me there was a manufacturers defect. Didn't work when I needed it. October 30, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic during Hurricane Sandy I have nothing but good things to say about this generator. Easy to set up and use. The included wheel kit is a must for this heavy machine. Started on the first pull and doesn't take a lot of effort to turn over. Ran flawlessly for seven days after Sandy. I ran my fridge, tv, lights and internet using a standard extension cord and this was only a light load for this 5000 watt machine. It's rated at 13 hours at 50% load and I got between 13 and 15 on a 6.5 gallon tank. November 6, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does the trick Bought and installed this and a reliance power transfer kit from Home Depot last summer.Had to use it for two days during Sandy.Always starts on third pull and have had no problems so far.I ran my 220 well, fridge, heater,tv,washer,pc and whole bunch of other electric stuff around house.Should have done this years ago. January 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WORKED GREAT Bought this after the Derechio storm in July, was out of power for seven days.I purchased this in Sept and Installed a power transfer kit. I lost power for a week from hurricane Sandy ,It ran my fridge,220v well, heater, washer, and a bunch of lights, etc.I am going to put 2 more wheels on it because its heavy. For the money you wont beat it. November 19, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Seems too good to be real. For 5000 watts, the price was very reasonable. The design and configuration of the generator is also very good and makes a lot of sense. The instructions were adequate, and starting the generator was relatively easy. It worked very well in a recent outage that lasted four days. It is loud, but not louder than other generators of its kind. August 2, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product was featured in my local Home Depot This generator was listed at 5000 watts. And at half load this generator can run over 10 hours. I purchased this generator for my daughter & her husband. They live in Maryland and were always left in the dark due to rain & Winter storms. January 1, 2013
