Customer Reviews

Replacement Ceramic Nozzles is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Price was good Home Depot had the best price I could find online. With the free in store shipping it beat any other price I could find. I bought this for a Craftsman sand blaster and it fits fine. Works best at about 60-70 psi Using fine crushed glass instead of sand and it has worked well. No problems.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nozzles fit the gun, but don't last as long. I own the original sanborn blast gun 009-0001 which used the 005-0001 nozzle (Pink). The nozzle lasted through many hours of blasting garnet through it and was funnel shaped and starting to wear erode the outer edge of the tip. The new nozzle 005-0033CT (white) wore out in under 3 hours of use with the same garnet abrasive, and had blown open two slits 1/3 of the nozzle's length and 3/16" wide at the mid point. If I hadn't opened the gun to change the orifice, I wouldn't have noticed the problem until the gun itself was damaged. The only reason to recommend this is that the older nozzle is no longer available.
