Answer:
No. And it is not shrink wrap. It is perforated foam wrap, that is sticky on one side only.

Answer:
The roll doesn't have a handle, but you could easily run a string through it and hang it from the string. The roll is also perforated and is super easy to take a piece off with one hand.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I have no complaints This stuff is probably useful in the right circumstances. It didn't work for me, but I just bought the wrong product. I should have bought shrink wrap. February 22, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Helps protect fragile furniture items. Self-stick furniture wrap works well for stick-type furniture such as table legs, chair legs and arms, candle sticks, floor lamps, patio furniture, and other similar items. The wrap is made of a thin, blue foam and is sticky on one side. The roll is perforated so contains 100 sheets of 12 inch by 12 inch squares of the foam. You can unroll several sheets (like paper towels) or just tear at each sheet, depending on the application. I tried it out on some chairs. Basically, you tear off a length, and wrap it around the item. One side is sticky, but it does not stick well to other items. It also does not stick to the smooth side of the blue foam. It does stick to the sticky side of the foam. So when I wrapped the chair arms, I had to wrap it so that the sticky-side was touching the furniture, then seal the two loose flaps together. See pictures. I guess its good that the sticky side does not stick well because I wouldn't want the glue to remove the finish from my furniture. So this would be helpful for wrapping anything that has a maximum diameter of about 10 inches. If you wanted to wrap larger objects, you would need to make multiple wraps to cover it. But realistically, this is not useful as a generic furniture wrap; this is more for detail wrapping and protection of smaller items, fragile items, or specific parts of furniture (legs, arms, frames, etc.) February 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Protect furniture during a move! I used this furniture wrap to protect the wood legs on my couches and arm chairs during a recent move. In the past I have had the legs dinged and damaged. This wrap protects them and is easy to apply as the back has a mild adhesive. My couches made it through a move without a ding or scratch! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for glassware and artwork, too Used this furniture wrap during a recent move to protect picture frames, glassware, vases, and other miscellaneous delicate objects. The one roll went a long, long way. It sticks nicely to all sorts of surfaces, but is quite strong -- it doesn't tear or strip off when you're removing. On top of that, it leaves no residue or stickiness on the objects you're protecting. It's probably overkill for dishes, glasses, etc. But for vases, artwork, glass cookware it hit a sweet spot. We didn't wrap any actual furniture with it during the move, FYI. That seemed like overkill, but if you can afford a few rolls I'm sure it would protect delicate wood just as easily as it protected glassware. September 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't work as well as described I recommend the product with limitations. It didn't really stick to itself when wrapping table legs or creating a corner pocket for large picture frames. It would stick for a little bit and then come apart. The self-sticking feature really only worked when one sticky side was stuck to another sticky side. It was useful when we sandwiched things like a thin picture or wall sculpture between two pieces of the wrap and sealed the edges... like a ravioli. March 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good for general padding but not self-adhering as advertised. Product is sturdy enough to use for heavy, fragile items (glass, china). The rolls are perforated every 12 inches so you can use it in square foot sections, if that suits your needs. I purchased 3 rolls to wrap the legs of an antique dining room set (table, chairs, buffet and china cabinet). The self-stick feature would have made this the perfect product for that task. However, it didn't stick to itself unless I put the two sticky sides together and that defeated the purpose and made the wrap job too bulky. I had to use packaging tape to hold the wrap in place. The self-stick description is misleading and inaccurate. April 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to apply Getting ready for to move and have applied to a few pieces of furniture. Fairly easy to handle, I will probably use more than one layer to certain items, it is a thin density. Will be buying more. March 5, 2015
