Very useful for retail and home use. We use it at an antique mall to wrap customer purchases. We also use it when moving. Free shipping to the store makes it a great value. No more black staining from using printed newspapers.

These sheets are 1/2 size of the usual packing sheets. Anything larger than coffee mug, you need bigger sheets, 36" x 24". Dinner plates, lamps, and so forth, you need a larger sheet of paper. Fine for kids art projects while you pack. So read, the description carefully before you order.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by GrannyRose Goodbye regular newspaper
Obviously, this product isn't for a huge amount of people. I have 4 parrots, and I have always used regular newspaper on the bottom of their cages, and on the floor around the cages. Over the past few years, the newspaper has shrunk several times. Plus, so much of it is in color....and often bright reds, purples, geens.......the color is hideous when you have to look at it all the time. And last, the price. For a smaller amount of money, I get a huge stack of plain white newsprint paper. It fits right in all but one of the cages, and even on that cage, I just fold it back one time and it fits fine. My fingers don't end up purple and black. And it's the very same quality as the newsprint used for newspapers. I cancelled the paper ~ it was full of bad news and obits that now contain some people my age ~ and I intend to use the bundle of newsprint from Home Depot all the time. Oh, and customer service at the store is great. Without asking, a very nice (and muscular) woman wheeled my box of paper out to my car, and lifted it into the back and at my end, my husband lifted it out and into the house. Easy peasy. I'm happy.

I almost purchased the smaller pack of paper with larger sheets but decided I didn't want to go back for more paper. Each page is thin and I normally used two sheets to cover my dishes, stemware, etc but I packed an 8pc setting of China with cups, saucers, dessert dishes, etc, a 10pc setting each of tea goblets, wine glasses, and champagne flutes, plus a dozen or more platters and serving pieces. I still had paper left for filling empty box space, creating bumper cushions on bottom of boxes, and to wrap nic nacs, 30 or more picture frames, etc.

This is your regular packing paper. The price beat what I could find at U-Haul and other DIY outlets. Ship to store saved me shipping costs. I liked the smaller size sheets because I used to tear the larger sheets in half. Also, while packing, give a few sheets to your toddler and have him color. My 12 yr old used a few sheets for paper mache.
