I purchased this stove in December 2013 and should have returned it right away. After unpacking it the handle broke off and I should have taken this as a sign that the quality was poor, but we were desperate for a working stove so we kept it. It's been downhill ever since. Here's the bad:
-Impossible to keep the top clean
-Metal trays under the burners will be ruined after the first time you cook and cannot be replaced.
-visible insulation showing in the broiler drawer which has stopped me from ever using it.
-behind the knobs is a large "sticker" that bubbles up everytime you use the oven or front burners. I constantly get crumbs and grease behind it while cooking and it barely even sticks down anymore. Adds to the overall trashy appearance.
-have to use an oven thermometer since the oven temperature varies so much. Can be up to 40 degrees off.
-the griddle is thin and cheap, which means it doesn't hear evenly. If you cook 6 pancakes on the griddle, the middle two will burn before the outer four are cooked through.
-don't plan to level this stove using the cheap feet, because the top is so warped that it makes no difference.
I am a stay at home mom on a tight budget, which basically means I cook three meals a day, everyday of the year. This stove makes me so frustrated. I clean it every day and it never looks clean. We bought this model to fit in the wide opening of our 1920 kitchen thinking that we could be saving so much money not having to remodel the kitchen, but we are now planning to replace this stove with one that is double the cost.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Monty It was made cheap.
First of all it was misrepresented in the add. It had an oven light and when I got it there was nothing, No clock, no oven light, I cooked a pan of beans and it ran over a tad. Got on the chrome under the burner. Cheap it ruined one. Nothing I did got it clean. Nothing should be made without a preheat light on an oven. But if you wanted 350 degrees you had to set it at 400. Also the delivery man tore hunks out of my front door. he also bent my aluminum door I just noticed that. I got another stove it has a light, a clock, but still no preheat light. It is also off 50 degrees But if I sent that back I am afraid I won.t have a door or a stove.

This range fit my kitchen perfectly. I love the way it looks. I would recommend it to others. The service man at Home Depot was very helpful.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer The battery ignition system was easy to put in, and after some getting used to it works great.
It is so much better than my old stove. Cooks evenly, has spacce for cookie sheets and racks, and i love the griddle that goes over the middle burner. I am also using less energy and time to do canning. my canner heats up in half the time making pickles and jams it now less lengthy.
