Is the 13-inch width measured across the upper shelves, or along the wider base? I need to know the outside width of just the tower portion.

The 13-inch width is at the base. The width of the tower portion is 11 inches

beveled edge or not

Hello, it looks like one of the photos has beveled edges and one does not. I'd prefer the beveled edge. Does anyone know which it is? Thank you.
