Answer:
Yes, but it is 1/4" stock so not very sturdy. It has a nice finish on the viewable side. It does the job of covering the back, but should not be used for securing to wall. Screw the top and lower braces to the wall.

I affixed a 2"x2" to the wall just short of the width of the cabinets (mounted two together). I like doing that in laundry rooms or workshops because you can get that level and get on studs well with screws and then when you are mounting you just set the cabinet on the 2x2 and know it is level. You also can install yourself that way because you don't have to hold the weight of the cabinet. You could paint the 2x2 wall or cabinet color ahead of fastening to the wall if desired and actually remove it after installing the cabinet(s) if desired, but I leave it there for support. Read Less

Answer:
The cab material is a composite hardboard, much sturdier than what you'd find at WalMart, for example. Sides, front, and viewable areas are all covered with a type of laminant.

Answer:
Yes, shelves are adjustable...to a degree. Because they have to be tipped to insert into cab, there is a limit as to how high they can be placed. However, if you removed one or both doors, you should be able to insert them straight in and place them anywhere you like.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by White cabinet Exactly what we were looking for in our laundry room! August 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice, well made, attractive cabinets. I purchased the 32" X 24" X 16" cabinet to sit atop the 65" tall base cabinet. Together they make a fine kitchen pantry area. They were both easy to assemble with clear instructions. I am glad to have them nearly filled with most of the seldom used small appliances, canned goods, recipe boxes and plastic storage containers that once covered my countertops. June 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Glad I purchased. They were easy to assemble and look great, but they were a little hard to hang as there were no ridges on top or bottom to place screws. July 2, 2016
