Coffee Lovers Rejoice- this Old School Percolator makes the best coffee! I have tried drip makers, single cup makers, etc and just was not fully satisfied with the quality of coffee I was drinking. After some thought I decided to go back in time and get an old fashioned percolator - turns out old school style is quickly becoming popular! Love this easy to use, easy to clean coffee maker and really love the flavor of a properly brewed cup of coffee!

Features of this coffee maker make it OK but a little pain to put together for the morning slurping . Makes great coffee everytime. Like the light when done. 4 stars for features.

I love "perked" coffee, it is far superior to drip-type coffee. Much more flavorful and coffee remains piping hot in the stainless steel pot. Remove the basket and stem, and any leftover coffee can be easily reheated.
Consider purchasing the extended warranty. Previous models performed great for several years. My last three percolators have each lasted on average 13 months. (Keep original packaging and receipt).

It's so nice to have HOT, perked coffee again! My old Farberware percolator stopped heating up after working beautifully for 15+ years. Reviews of current Farberware percolators are not so good as the old ones, so I found this Presto, with nearly all great reviews. The single only thing I don't care for is the spout - if you move to pour the coffee too fast, it spills right over the rim of the cup and onto your hand or the counter. But hot, strong coffee - the best and only way to start a day! Takes only a few minutes. And it stays hot without getting bitter, for 2-3 hours.
