Answer:
If you plan to reuse the cooking oil, it is recommended that you strain the oil to remove any food particles. Then store
the oil in a tightly sealed container and keep where it will not be exposed to heat or direct light.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Never knew I would use a fryer this much! We bought it to make French fries, but I have made so many other things in it. Great, if you like sweet fried plantains it makes them the best! Fast frying and easy to use and control the browning. The cover keeps the oil clean when not in use. Highly recommend it, the food does not soak the oil due to the higher heat, (unlike a frying pan). Great value. March 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Deep Fryer Works great & been cooking fish & vegtables that come out great when deep fried December 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good fryer This fryer works real good the guidelines for ffs is 375 but its too hot fry at 350, problem when you hook the basket on the end to drain the oil,to low it still sits in the oil, the bracket should have been welded down lower to lift the basket up more. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Alright This product is very good and easily washable. It arrived fast and it's good for frying somewhat large contents. February 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Deep Fryer I've ever owned This deep fryer appeared to be a nice one, for the money. That is not the case at all. The magnetic plug in will not stay connected, so unless you stand there and watch it, plan on your food being soggy when you return! It's terrible, and I will not purchase from Presto again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good-value purchase the item looks quite cheap. However, with the discounted price, I don't have much complaint. February 3, 2015
