I'd read other reviews, so I wasn't expecting much. When we changed to cellular type blinds we decided to switch from crank type to 'T" type handles. These handles may be adequate if not used too often, which is our situation. If you are going to open and close windows a lot, you will be better off finding a factory replacement..

This is a "universal" fit product. It uses a small insert with serrations to "lock" against splines on the window opening assembly. Because it engages less than 1/2 the splined shaft, and the insert is not made of a soft metal, the phillips head screw does not allow the handle to be tightened securely. It will stay installed only as long as it takes me to find a quality replacement. My fear is that it starts slipping and destroys the splined shaft.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bread These handles were a total disappointment.
The little tightening screws in the back are hard to reach and of very poor quality. The whole device has low quality metal and finish. I managed to get the handles installed, but I don't expect they will last. Fortunately, it isn't a window I need to open frequently. I would not recommend this product.

These window cranks were perfect when I realized there were multiple sizing options for replacements. They self-adjust to the right size. Color options were available to allow me to match the handle for the window I was replacing. Great oddball product to have available.

I tried differedt size fittings that came with the cranks, but they all slipped after a use or two.. I will try handles made especially for Anderson windows.
