Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Grayfoot did not match old sash lifts
These lifts look fine but are a bit flimsy. Also, unlike the sash locks, they did not not match the screw holes or footprint of the 40-year-old lifts they were replacing. Everything was off by almost the width of a screwhole. Very inconvenient.
I am returning the product and will try to recondition the old lifts.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ChristineF They fit the pre drilled holes.
Some of the handles looked old and the brass looked like it had worn off. I'm satisfied with them since my old ones were plastic and had broken off so these DO work and look just OK. After looking for a while I found these and was just happy they fit. For that reason alone I would recommend to a friend.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Grandma Window sash lifts
These were used to replace some on a house built in 1966. I was pleased that you carried the same style. The appearance is great. However, the original sash lifts were a little longer and made of heavier material which I would have preferred. These were better than having to use a different style.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MeCJ This product needs to,be taken off the market.
Polished looking brass was dull & pitted. Screws seemed to be made of plastic in that they had no strength, stripped heads after three turns of the Philips head screwdriver and had very little point penetration.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeper Very ugly!
The product is stamped, not solid. The finish is poor and ugly. Do not be fooled by the picture. I have seen quality pulls that are solid castings of brass or zinc and plated with a bright brass finish - these are not it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Thomas Great product for the price.
The description of the product states that the height is 7.438in. That is incorrect. I ordered the sash lifts figuring that was incorrect, which it was. The correct height is approx. 1 1/4 inch.
