This unfinished dollhouse kit has six rooms and contains everything you need to complete as shown, including elaborate, pre-assembled windows and doors, and fancy porch columns. The kit’s sturdy construction features 3/8 in. thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly and durability. Clapboard, milled into the surface of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) exterior walls, is ready to paint. Engineered parts are pre-cut to really work. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included to guide you easily through assembly. Window treatments, paint, glue and accessories not included. Not intended for children 12 years of age and younger.
