So first the bad. When it arrived, the box had a tear that looked like something inside pushed out and the box was bulging. When I opened the box I instantly got a bad vibe. The jack had dust all over it, paint was scratched off, and there were some nicks in the handle. It looked some someone bought it, used it a bit, and returned it.
The price was good and and the issues were purely cosmetic. I gave it a try and it has lifted my Neon (1.3 tons) with no issues multiple times. It does take a lot of pumps to raise but that just means I have more control. Everything feels solid and stable. I took off one star because I expected a brand new jack. (I might've missed something but the product page gave me a NIB feeling) But that could've just been mine.
If you have a small car like me I'd recommend this jack. It was definitely worth my money.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Better than 1-1/2 ton aluminum jack from Harbor Freight
Purchased this floor jack to replace a 1-1/2 ton aluminum jack from Harbor Freight because the aluminum jack outer frame got bent due to a lateral load. Both jacks had the same lifting range of 3-3/4 inch to 15 inch. I was expecting 14 inch but when it arrived, the box stated 15 inch. When I measured the maximum lift, it was indeed 15 inch so I suspect the company redesigned the jack and Home Depot didn't update their webpage. Using my bathroom scale, this steel jack's weight was only 2-3/4 pounds more than the aluminum jack (29.4 lbs vs. 26.8 lbs) but the steel jack lifting capacity is 4,000 lbs versus 3,000 lbs plus the steel frame is an angled plate which will resist a lateral load. The 1-1/2 ton aluminum jack frame from harbor freight are only two flat aluminum plates which can easily bend. A lateral load can happen if you jack the car up on the front end and since the car is at an angle, there is a tendency to roll backwards if you don't block the rear wheels. In this situation, a lateral load is placed on the jack and unfortunately for me, I bent the aluminum jack. One drawback to this steel jack: You must remove the handle to operate the valve while the 1-1/2 ton aluminum jack you only need to turn the handle. Here is a photo of my bent aluminum jack and this 2 ton jack side by side.

Works great for my needs. Not the tallest, but gets my car just high enough to slip jack stands underneath.

This is the first jack I've owned. I bought it so I could work on my Mini Cooper - thus the low profile. It works great. Easy to jack up the car. The maximum height is higher than I expected from a low profile jack. I have only used it when I changed the brake fluid on the car, but I'm happy with the purchase!

Well constructed. Excellent price. Lower profile was perfect for the low height of my sports car.

I just bought the jack and have only used to remove summer wheels/tires and install winter.
But it seem very sturdy and easy to use.

This jack was listed as #7 on the top 10 floor jacks and at the best price I found for the unit. It arrived ahead of time and worked as described. Compact, lightweight. and easily stored. I do not know about durability of service as I have only had it for about a week but appears to be well made although the saddle is smaller than expected. And if the lifting arm were a couple of inches longer, it would be better in my opinion, but is acceptable for the maintenance I need to do.
