Bought procom Magnum PCK 110 vT works great for a month. After that was on the phone with the factory time and time again. They sent me a new pump that was great but didn't fix the problem code after code after code not same code but different code almost every time. It felt like a big run around until warranty was up and that was it. Didn't know it but procom is a Ready heater product it would have been nice to known that I would have never bought it. Where Reddy heater may be nice for personal use they have no construction performance. Unless you can find a way to keep it wrapped up in a plastic bag so no dust gets in it.we all know job sites are dirty.

I bought this unit 1yr ago. I had to replace it immediately. The second one worked but would not fire at times and would fill my shop with kerosene. I found that the injector is not fixed and was not blowing onto ignition. I used a pull tie to hold it in position. After about a month it started squeaking. Well it made it to spring and I emptied it and stored it. Late fall came and after a couple uses the fan would just stop at times. I call tech support and they sent me a new fan and pump. After install it would not power up. They then sent me a circuit board. This one slows down the fan to soon. So now I have owned it 1yr and 2 days and the unit does its count down and starts then shuts off and starts count down again. This continues on and on. Thankfully they are going to honer the warranty and send me 1 more circuit board.

ITS A PIECE..PROCOM WONT HELP...DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT THROUGH A FULL TANK ..CODE 2 THEN CODE 7..SAVE YOUR MONEY..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..

Used it for less than 2 montns and it stopped working. I brought it to the local repair shop and they can't figure it out. No replies to calls, service and product is a waste of a good piece of change.

I was excited to get this unit as an upgrade over another kerosene torpedo heater. Worked awesome the first 2 or 3 uses. Then after running out of fuel, the motor was acting like it was seized. The manual is actually pretty good with this unit, and there are instructions for dismantling the pump on the rear of the unit. Dis-assembling and re-assembling the pump freed up the motor. But now the unit won't fire up anymore. It tries to go, but won't light. I've contacted Procom customer service, but no reply.
So, after just a few uses this thing is junk. I would avoid this for sure.

I'll skip all my complaints about this junk heater and the company that makes it. I'm going to tell you how to get it to work since PROCOM and their terrible customer service wont. If it's not lighting look inside to make sure the glow plug (igniter) is glowing orange when its trying to light. If so, cover the air inlet to the fan 3/4 of the way with a towel or something to restrict the air flow and start it. Should work. Has for me. It would take 10+ tries to get it going. Bad thing...I have to do that every time

Purchased unit and bought 15 gallons of kerosene from store in 5 gallon cans so it was clean fuel. Unit ran about 8 hrs and quit. Tries to ignite but trips out. Went through troubleshooting guide, everything checks out ok per their manual but unit won't light and stay on. Contacted Procom 3 times with no response. When the manufacturer won't respond, that is a bad sign. Avoid this product

Heater worked great for a while but then started to only light every 3rd try. (Note: The times it doesn't light atomized diesel filled my garage.) Emailed and called them multiple times...nothing. Now this winter its lighting every 6th try. I finally threatened to find every site that sells their piece if junk and add a review with my 2 cents. They actually got back to me to my amazement. They emailed and said it sounds like the igniter and that someone will call. When I got in touch with someone they just started taking my info to send me the part. Never asked what the problem was. I proceded to tell him that the GLOW PLUG (not igniter) is glowing every time it does not fire and that it works better after it warms up or is warmer outside. It was a worthless conversation and he just said they will call again for the payment info. First of all I called and emailed over and over when it was in warranty. Now it's out of warranty and they want to charge me $25 for the part. A part that is working. And don't get me started on the thermostat option. Set it for 50F and it shuts off 60 and won't come back on until it gets to 35° in my garage. Absolutely pointless. It's done that since day 1. If it worked it would be a nice heater but it's a piece of junk and "MADE IN THE USA" PROCOM is a terrible company.
