Customer Reviews

Rated 3.2 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Out of the box issues The handle was cracked on the first day of use, or out of the box and I didn't notice while cleaning the driveway, and the motor vibration caused the water pump "bolts" to vibrate loose. One of them came out, and it appears the pump was never machined with threads for the loose bolt. Too bad, because the pump gasket slipped as a result. Very poor quality, but worked well when I could actually use it (a total of maybe 2 hours before the pump gasket slipped). Also wished the wand/pressure hose mount was on the opposite side. It shouldn't be stored near engine so the hose doesn't melt, but yet that's how it was designed to be mounted. Wish I never purchased this product. July 19, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2350 psi Pro Force pressure washer Received mine in just six days from order. Easy to assembly, the tool are included with your purchase. I always read the owner's manual first, then assembly the product. Total time was 45 minutes, nothing to it. Hooked water to it, started on second pull. Used for a couple hours and was well satisfied with the results. It is well made and a little work horse. It seems to be a tough little machine.I l ike the real rubber tires, the kind you put air in, and the steel wheels. Makes it easy to move around. Love it! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Little horse I have had this pressure washer for over a year, washed driveways, home sidings, my motorcycle. Read the instruction! Pull start while holding the wand open, have the water turned on and keep the oil tank full, keep the unit level and it will start every time. I use premium unleaded fuel. I love it. April 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Pressure Washer I see this as a great medium range pressure washer. I was told "buy an electric" by my neighbors but I'm glad I didn't. The electric consumer washers are whimpy compared to this machine so be careful. The product arrived with a motor mount and the spray handle broken but HD was fairly quick to replace the parts (12 days). The packing from the mfg wasn't sufficient to protect the product. Otherwise ....great product with lots of power. July 17, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Has short life time Easy setup ran great out of the box. Stored in safe place over winter. Pulled the washer out this year, she started up no problem. Wife did one project. Set up next project and washer cept shutting down, then she would only run with triger pulled on sprayer. Of course Warranty is up by a month! June 6, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Features are good. Setup: The setup is a breeze. You can set it up by looking at the picture on the box and using the tools they supply. Make sure you fill the entire oil chamber with the entire canister of oil they supply. Startup: The machine started up with the third or fourth crank. No problems at all. Use: The machine is powerful. A very good feature is the different tips included. There is a big difference between the 40 degree tip and the 0 degree tip. I would be careful using the 0 degree tip on wood as it did chip my deck a little. Longevity: I cannot comment on this as I used it once for a 6 hour period and did not have any problems with it. If I have problems later on, I will edit my review. Other comments: The picture is a little deceiving. In the picture, the handle of the machine appears to be above the engine, when in fact, it is not. The handle is below the engine. Not that big of a deal, but it confused me when setting up the machine. April 20, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Won't start. 2 days later and still wont start. Easy to put together. All set within 1 hr. Filled oil and gas as directed. Hooked up garden hose, set switch, choke, fuel lever and pulled cord. Pulled again, and again, woo almost started, pulled again, no start. Watied 10 min, puilled another 10- times. Still wont start. This is not doing me any good so I'm returning it when I can. June 9, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Machine doesn't start Easy to put together. Machine doesn't work or start. Tried many times, cleaned it, put new plugs, fresh gas and oil, still won't start. I'm thowing it in the dump. Don't waste your money like I did. Get a made in the USA machine not this from China. July 17, 2012
