Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by astonman Decent Compressor But Please Read First
It took me quite a while to decide on a rating for this compressor. It works well and is a great value but there are many things you need to be aware of before buying. My compressor arrived undamaged thanks to some good packaging. Unlike another reviewer, I received a manual in the box. In the event you are missing the manual, it can be downloaded from the product page on the Home Depot website.
The manual however is my first issue. This compressor is manufactured by North American Tool Industries. Professional Woodworker is one of many brands they make. The manual has the correct model number on it but the pictures (which are quite small) are of a different compressor. Simply put, the manual is not very helpful.
Inside the box with the compressor, you get an air filter, an oil plug, two female couplers, a two-way splitter, a 350 ml bottle of engine oil, and the manual. No where in the manual is there anything about what all is included. This was not that big of a deal except for the air filter and oil plug. I was initially unsure as to exactly what they both were and where they needed to be installed. I was stumped for a short while but found a sticker on the back of the compressor labeled "Starting Instructions". This sticker provides more useful information than the manual but sadly the pictures and print are ridiculously small.
Another issue I had was with the engine oil. The bottle is 350 ml which is roughly 11 oz. The manual again says nothing but again there is a sticker on the compressor that says to add 8 oz. There is also a tag attached to the neck of the bottle that states to fill with oil to the center of the red dot on the oil sight glass. The problem is that the oil level was at the center red dot but I had only poured in 1/4 the bottle which was definitely not 8 oz. At that point, I was unsure if I should add more or not.
Next issue is simply misinformation. This compressor does not come with two factory installed air couplers. You get two couplers and a two-way splitter which you must install. This is important because factory installed couplers are less likely to leak. It took me three attempts with Telfon tape before I had no leaking. Second bit of misinformation is the noise rating. HD has this rated at 60dBA. The "Specifications" link on the product page states a noise rating of 93 - 95 dBA. I'm not sure what to think because it was not very noisy.
After dealing with all of that, I attached a finishing nailer and gave it a go. I wasted a ton of nails before the compressor kicked back on. This is truly a good compressor. It's just plagued by a poor manual and fragmented instructions. I personally love to have instructions right on a tool but I expect a manual to be all inclusive. I would still recommend this compressor (it's a great value), just be aware of what you're getting.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deepseadad highly portable, and very efficient
I was tired of firing up the big compressor every time I needed to air up a tire, blow out a filter, etc. This unit is light weight, quiet, and airs up quickly. I found an old 600 watt inverter, plugged the compressor in to that. Now if I'm off roading and air down the tires, I have an efficient way to air them back up using this compressor and my truck battery as the power source. The brad nailer has been very helpful also, finishing up the trim on my stairs.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by John Nice Little Package
I bought this compressor & nailer to do trim work. It is light and compact - easy to move around the job area. The compressor is also reasonably quiet and you can put quite a few brads in using the pressure in the tank and the nailer performs well. Only complaints so far are that the hose is a bit on the short side, so you have to keep the compressor pretty close by; and that no brads were included - something that I didn't find out until I was ready to get to work one evening.

Bad from the beginning. Added oil to recommended level. Motor stalled out almost immediately after turning it on. After resetting the unit's breaker multiple times (over a 15 minute period) it eventually gets to pressure. I have to do this every time I use it. After less than a year of light duty use it is completely shot - motor seizes up within seconds of turning it on.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BURBS USED THE PRODUCT TWICE, THE VALVE HANDLE BROKE ALREADY
I PURCHASED THIS UNIT A YEAR AGO TO DO SOME BASE TRIM WORK AROUND THE HOUSE. I HAD TO PUT THE WORK OFF FOR A WHILE, BUT A WEEK OR TWO AGO BEGAN REPLACING THE BASE TRIM IN MY SONS BEDROOM. THE SECOND TIME I USED THE UNIT THE TWIST HANDLE BROKE, IT SIMPLY DOESN'T ALLOW THE VALVE TO CLOSE OFF TO MAINTAIN PRESSURE. VERY UNHAPPY, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE PRODUCT IS NOW OUT OF WARRANTY DESPITE THE UNIT ONLY HAVING BEEN USED TWICE. I WILL CONTACT THE HOME DEPOT AND THE MANUFACTURER TO EXPLORE MY OPTIONS. I KNOW THIS IS A CHEAP UNIT, BUT VERY DISSAPOINTED NON THE LESS.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bill 2-Gal Twin Stack Compressor
This Twin Stack Compressor is great for small projects, it's a little loud for it size but in normal range. Had to buy a longer hose sense the flex hose keeps you to close to your work, the accessories could have a few more pieces to it, but over all this is a good little light weight and portable unit for the price. So far so good.
