CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Shipped used, but an otherwise good product... Purchased this router as a special, promotional, item. However, when I received it, the router clearly had been used. Unfortunately, I immediately boxed it up and took it to my local HD for a refund, so I was not able to actually use it. I did give it a thorough inspection, and was quite pleased with its overall construction. It was sturdily built, and gave one the impression of a tool costing much, much more. The motor spun smoothly with an even, steady, force, and the variable speed function worked great, too. So pleased, I was, that I ordered another one; this time hoping that an actual new, unused, unit will arrive. I will post an addendum after the second unit arrives. So, for now it gets three stars for good build quality that far exceed its asking price. July 20, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by great price will know more if second one has same problem This unit seemed adequate for the job it was purchased for - mortising for small hinges. Unfortunately the on/off switch has failed and stuck in the on position after only a couple hours of use. I need two routers in my shop and have an expensive Dewalt for the heavier use job and will try another one of these "cheapies" for the lesser task and hope it makes it past the warranty period this time. When you use the vacuum attachment you cannot plunge the router as far. December 20, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by You get what you pay for. Router has a major flaw: the guide set screw holes on the router body stripped out almost immediately. The router functions OK otherwise, so I'll keep it and use other methods to guide mortise cuts. April 24, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value Easy to work with and a great value.Recieved quickly with no hassles . August 21, 2012
