We purchased 5 of these about 2yrs ago. Several wks ago we noticed 1 was not working changed bulb that wasn't it. It just stopped working period. The new one purchased to replace that the motion detector does not work at all only works if you set it to stay on. After reading reviews I have seen that this is common with these to stop working after 2 yrs if not sooner. The lights we replaced with these we had for 15 yrs and never had a problem only replaced because we put new siding on and wanted newer looking lights. These ones are actually beautiful lights easy to put on just not at all worth the money if we're going to have to replace with all new ones already.

it looks like THD fails in quality control; doesn't THD have quality control department?
This lantern looks good but technically is poor.

This product is a waste of money. The motion sensor has failed on two of these within 2 years. I will replace with one without a motion sensor so that it matches the other lights on the house. There are 2 more of these with motion sensors but they are not used often and the motion sensors have been turned off in order to (hopefully) prolong the inevitable replacements.
