How much chain is included? I have a vaulted ceiling and need to swag it from the outlet

Asked by: Anonymous
I think it is 6 feet. Ours is hung in a 20 foot high foyer and perfect height. Does not interfere with front door, etc.

Can I get matching sconces for this fixture?

Asked by: Jerry
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. The Torino series of fixtures does indeed offer a wall sconce in the matching finish. The single light wall sconce would be the P2881-77. Please contact your local Home Depot Store directly to place a Special Order or by calling Customer Service 800-430-3376 with help in ordering this product. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what the room needed! Upon moving into a new house, I replaced a very old light fixture with one in brushed nickel thinking that was the right choice. However, I ended up purchasing a dining room set with a tropical feeling and antique bronze hardware. I loved the original fixture and was really pleased to find I could get the same fixture in antique bronze color so I moved the brushed nickel version to my foyer and put this one over my new dining area. The color is just as it was depicted online. The glass casts a yellowish hue when dimmed but becomes almost white when the lights are at full brightness. It has a texture that looks like raindrops; very nice. It was very easy to install and had ample chain to hang it from my 11' ceiling. My biggest difficulty in hanging it was opening the chain links to make them fit the right length. The chain was very strong (a good thing) but it took two pairs of pliers and some brut force to get them to budge. The fixture allows for 100-watt lightbulbs - there are nine of them. I chose to only use 60-watt bulbs and put the fixture on a dimmer. Even with 60-watt bulbs there's a LOT of light. I'd suggest using 40 watt bulbs. (I ended using 15-watt bulbs in the brushed nickel fixture in the foyer because I didn't want harsh light by my front door at night.) BTW, I used a smaller version of this same line of fixtures in my breakfast area. Did I say I love these lights? (And they cost less than many less attractive ones I found.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased with the installed chandelier. I was a little leery about ordering on-line, but have to say that the process was very smooth. I initiated a "chat" with a Home Depot rep and she readily answered all my questions, including how to obtain my 10% military discount. We are very pleased with this particular chandelier, although it took two men approximately 2 hrs to install it in a 12-ft ceiling over a dining table. The biggest challenge for us was getting both the chain & electrical wiring to match in length (obviously we are not professional electricians)! I installed 13-watt CFL bulbs (60 watt equiv) in all nine sockets and the light is tremendous! I had expected to have to use the maximum 100 watt equivilient bulbs (which it will accept in the top six sockets), but found this to be totally unnecessary -- the light is extremely bright! The bottom three lights are 75 watt max. All in all, we are very pleased the appearance, styling and lighting (much brighter than our previous chandelier). I would definitely recommend this product, but allow plenty of time to install it. The instructions leave something to be desired -- they consist of a single picture without much verbal description (you need to study it closely). Some past experience would certainly be helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Lighting for a Great Price! This light was so inexpensive for such a large light fixture. It looks elegant in the room with this durable and stunning finish. The bowl underneath gives it a subtle and ambient lighting, not too bright. But we have it on a dimmer switch, so we can make it really bright for task lighting, as needed. It was easy to assemble, but hard to install. My husband and I on ladders, he held the chain while I wired it, while my brother-in-law was at ground level spinning round and round because it must be screwed in, but they dont allow you enough room to wire and screw at the same time. It worked though! Also hangs like 1/4 inch crooked, but really not very noticable. I love it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice chandelier Went together easily and seems to be well made. It takes 9 light bulbs and we got the 40W LED ones. Even with lower watt bulbs, still quite bright in a 20 foot high foyer. So we may have to look at lower wattage bulbs No fault of the chandelier, of course. We really like the Progress Lighting products. Ordering through HD and picking it up at the store worked out great and was quick and easy. Best price too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful above table. Very Happy! I love this purchase. It gives plenty of light in my dark dining area/kitchen. Received many compliments already. Added a dimmer switch which is nice in the evenings. Also bought the matching (9-light) for vaulted front door-entry way. I'm glad I chose these two chandeliers after weeks of searching for the perfect lighting. I love the up/down combination and bronze finish and design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from looks great Pros: very bright, works well with dimmer switch, aesthetically pleasing, fairly straightforward to install Cons: not compatible with flushmounting, flaw in the finish out of the box (looks like rust), bulbs in the bowl part can be seen over the side by an average sized person when hung fairly high, no gaskets to prevent over-tightening before heat expansion
