Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Yes, this light is dimmable, with a standard incandescent dimmer. If using LED bulbs please be sure the bulbs you purchase are dimmable. Thanks!

This fixture has medium base sockets rated for 100 incandescent watts. If the CFLs you mention are suitable for this type of socket, and do not exceed the "incandescent equivalence", then the answer is yes. Be sure to carefully check the specifications of the bulbs and dimmer control to make sure they are compatible.
