Brush and Roller Cleaner is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from common since tells you dry paint can not be spent out of a brush. But its advertise as a cleaner ... common since tells you dry paint can not be spent out of a brush. But its advertise as a cleaner so like a dummy a bought it. In the real world paint dries on brushes and rollers. It is impossible to spin out dry paint. You must first clean out the brush then it only spins out water, This tool is ridiculous . I had to use another tool to clean my brush because it doesnt work. I will say this my son likes to make it spin. For a kids toy I say its great for a brush cleaner its trash.

It soon became such a valued tool that I can't believe that I lived without it all these years. Yes, you still have to spray, soak, and comb out your rollers to help dilute and lossen the wet paint. But not only does this product allow you to hold the roller still and in one place and rotate it easily while you're spraying and combing it out, but when you spin the roller, this product removes the majority of the dirty water. Just make sure you have a nice deep sink handy when you do this. At the end, when the water is running clear, you spin the roller and it is almost dry. The roller will completely dry quickly and, quite frankly, most of the time, it is ready to go again right away if you need to do more painting. This product can be used for brushes, as well, but I primarily use it for rollers. The one I originally purchased has been used to death. Nothing lasts forever, and it no longer works as smoothly or reliably as it once did. I just logged on to buy another for when the one I have finally gives up the ghost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The tool to clean up at the end-of-day The Brush and Roller Cleaner is a simple tool which solves one of paintings biggest issues. cleaning the tools you use. While I have a Ryobi Brush Cleaner/Conditioner, it does not dry out the brush for better storage. The Brush and Roller Cleaner allows me to use centrifugal force to extract the solvent from the brushes; however, I have always had trouble with cleaning rollers, I was always having grab and rub the roller and missed getting all the paint or cleaner out. Now I can use the centrifugal force in the solvent to assist in cleaning the paint out as removing the solvent from the roller itself. If only used for cleaning the paint roller alone the device is well worth the purchase price 10 times over. I blotted the roller with a paper towel after spinning dry and did not need multiple towels. A half towel did the job. Be sure to keep the red storage clip for storing the device.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If you do a lot of painting, and want your brushes and rollers clean and ready for the next job! What an interesting gadget... I'd have bought one of these long ago, but I'd never seen one before! I have watched professional painters cleaning their rollers and brushes, and the best way to get paint out is to spin it out! Rinse, spin, and repeat! I believe this will be a valuable tool to have in my arsenal of painting equipment! I am always frustrated when I've done my level best to clean a roller cover or brush, only to see that paint remains inside the roller when I have finished cleaning them! Using one of these paint spinners is the way to go, to do the best job!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handy Tool These roller/brush cleaners are spinner type and appears to be made very well, but it is heavy compared to some of the less expensive cleaners made with plastic and metal. These I believe are all metal so should provide long life, hopefully rust resistant as well. Make sure to spin the brushes and rollers in a pail or something to make sure that the fluid being expelled does not get splattered all over the place. I found that combing the moist brushes after spinning will make sure that the bristles stay straight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well The dilemma of how to clean a paint-loaded roller or brush without wasting paint and making a mess is solved. This Yankee-drill inspired product allows you to literally spin the left over paint from the roller or bristles of the brush and provide a convenient means to clean them afterwards. The roller slips over the shaft and the paint brush is held firmly within the jaws.I found the paint brush holder to hold all styles of brushes, but the stubbies. Any standard roller roller slips easily over the outer shaft. To clean, after the excess paint is removed, is a simple matter of soaking in the appropriate solvent and spinning to thoroughly clean and then spinning to remove the excess, preferably in a deep bucket or outside to disperse the excess solvent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great paint cleaner I just love these paint brush spinners. It is one of the best way to clean brushes and roller covers. The roller covers slid over the end of the spinner. I recommend using it in a 5 gallon bucket, as it spins it throws the paint and water out of the cover or brush and will fling paint and water everywhere if you aren't careful. Brushes fit in the end and go between the two bars. Using this is conjunction with water is tthe best way to get a brush or roller cover clean.
