I was surprised at the size of these Hydrangeas. They were almost 3 ft tall and covered with blooms right out of the box. I purchased three plants to create a border at the back of my house, in an area previously plagued by weeds. This photo was taken less than 10 days after planting.

Bought 2 of these online because the local greenhouses that carry them were sold out for the season. Got them on sale and wasn't sure what to expect. This was my first grown plant internet purchase and I was pleasantly surprised. They were big, substantial, leafy plants that were packed well. One plant suffered one or two broken stems, but nothing too serious. Took them a little while to unfurl. They've been in the ground about 3 weeks now and are flourishing and starting to bloom, even this late in the season. Can't wait to see what they do next summer. Should be real show pieces.

I was so happy when I received my incredible hydrangea shrub. I had been looking for an incrediball all summer and none of the local nursery's seemed to have that variety. It was a big surprise to see it on the Home Depot website. In the past, I've always had bad luck with any plant that I've ordered online. They always seem to come as little dried up sticks that never live. To my amazement, the incrediball hydrangea was large, and very healthy and well watered. The soil was damp. I planted it immediately and it is doing really well.

I was so excited to receive these hybrid hydrangeas. I ordered two on line, one died. Maybe they didn't like to be shipped. I don't know. I kept them watered and pampered until I could get them in the ground. The other one is half dead. One side of the plant lived the other side died. I just don't get it. I do have a green thumb and lot's of hydrangeas in the yard. So sad!! I took one back and they credited my card. Maybe they don't like Florida----

The plants were a nice size, but one of them had a lot of black spotted leaves on it. After seeing these plants the stems don't seem any sturdier than a regular Annabelle hydrangea. I suppose time will tell.

I ordered 5 hydrangeas. They arrived in 3 boxes. 2 boxes were packed with 2 hydrangea each with the pots at opposite ends and the leaves from each plant meeting in the center of the container. It was difficult to open the boxes. Mulch and dirt fell out. The plants were pitiful. Drooping, flower less and totally wilted. After struggling to open 2 boxes., I put them in the car and returned them to Home Depot. I didn't want to risk going through the effort of planting them and wondering IF they were the Incrediball hydrangea and if they would survive. Home Depot accepted my return without a problem.
