Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LuckyLeo Great paint brush! Durable and able to use it several times for different jobs!
This is a great paint brush that has held up very well even though I have used it for several different jobs. I have used it to apply everything from black paint to a clear coat and it cleans up great and is able to be used again and again! It is worth the few extra dollars than some cheaper ones, great purchase!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Russell703 Well balanced machine. When you handle a brush in your hands for hours on end, you know what I'm talking about.
The 2 1/2" XL Dale is the most precise and versatile brush known to man. I use it to paint kitchen cabinets with oil on a professional level, and also use it to cut in latex trim. And if you use it right, the leading few bristles become an artist's brush for intense cut in.
It's all I buy!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jen Long lasting, precise and worth the price
I've used Purdy brushes for 25 years and would never want to use another. The bristles stay smooth and the cover is great for aiding in keeping it nice when not in use. It's easy to clean and high quality.

This brush, when used with Behr paints, gives you basically the best combination in the world. It is handmade in Oregon with high quality wood handles, copper stem, nice nylon bristles and you can actually see the name of the person that made it on the brush. These people take pride in their products and it shows. The brush rinses cleanly so you can reuse it many times and it does not shed bristles like the cheaper chinese products. They are a great value. It's excellent for trim. The chinese products are only good for 1 time use, for applying asphalt sealer for example etc. It also comes with a resuable velcro cover which keeps the brush moist.
