I have been using this brush for over 15 years and the bristles never fall out. So i can reuse this paint brush for more than one application. All you do is use wash it out , and store in plastic bag.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Locke Purdy makes a top notch product
The most positive part of this brush, besides the brush quality is the metal band holding it together, It's either copper or copper alloy which does not rust or corrode. The bristles are neatly cut with no stray strands to give you a sharp edge every time you use and re-use it. You pay a tad more for it, but you get what you pay for and more.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deb I LOVE this brush!
This is the best paintbrush on the market and is worth the extra money you have to pay for it. The edges are perfect and quick. If I ever started a painting business I would call it Purdy Lady!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Russell703 Well balanced machine. When you handle a brush in your hands for hours on end, you know what I'm talking about.
The 2 1/2" XL Dale is the most precise and versatile brush known to man. I use it to paint kitchen cabinets with oil on a professional level, and also use it to cut in latex trim. And if you use it right, the leading few bristles become an artist's brush for intense cut in.
It's all I buy!
