Bought mine last march, only i bit of a hiccup with the delivery being a little late. This tub is easy to move by myself and a few 2 x 4 runners. set up was easy and maintenance is a breeze. if you get into chemical imbalance its easy to drain and start fresh. since it is just 110 power it does take awhile to heat up so i usually change water on a Tuesday or wednesday so its ready for the weekend. My wife loves to soak at night with me and a glass of wine!! just a hint, about $20.00 worth of 2 inch PVC and joints at Home Depot and I made a scafoldind to sink in the tub when not in use to keep the cover proped up so it doesnt fill up with rain water.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by spabuyer Unreliable and poor customer support
Purchased spa in May 2014 and the pump broke for the first time 6 weeks later. Home Depot's response was that they do not sell this product (despite the fact that we ordered it through their website) and that we had to deal with the vendor. That stance did not change, through numerous contacts with them. The vendor did make an effort, but the replacement parts did not last any longer than the original parts.
That's the short version of a long story. We finally bought a replacement pump from a local vendor in September 2015, and it's not started leaking in 2 months, which is a record.
If the spa worked correctly, I would only recommend it for warmer climates, as the temperature cannot be maintained during use in cooler weather (and colder weather — forget about it). When the lid is removed, the temperature starts to drop almost immediately. The heater cannot maintain the temperature when the lid is off the spa.

I purchased this spa in September of 2011, so I've had a few years to review. As you can see by my rating, I love it! Yes, the delivery was hairy: my driver was nice enough to get it into the backyard for me, and I wrangled a couple of neighbor boys to help me get it off the pallet. That said, it has worked (for me) flawlessly since day one. Since I'm really the only one who uses it except for the occasional visitor, I don't have to clean very often...about twice a year. But it runs well, and I run it all through the Upstate New York winters, with only a $20 or so increase in electrical cost. (I also switched over to all LED lighting, so that could have lowered the bill) I have a heavy duty cover with clip downs, so the winds don't take it away and the water stays more insulated. If you live in a colder climate, I would recommend this cover over the lightweight cover that comes with the spa. I don't use conventional spa chemicals, I use SpaSilver (colloidal silver) so the water never smells funny, and the silver does not evaporate out. Also, I check the particle content with a meter to make sure the water is still good...never goes above the content of our drinking water (around 240-250). Really the only caveat I have is that when the power goes off and I have to reset the temp, you kind of have to hunt around to hit the right part of the control panel...usually I end up going way down and then magically, I hit the right spot and the temp goes up...not enough of a problem to me to affect my rating. It takes me about 2 hours to empty it, clean it and refill. I refill with a hose that attaches to the water spigot in my laundry room and run it through the house and out to the patio...this way I can run hot water and don't have to wait too long for the water to heat up to the 104 degrees that I keep it at. I keep clean filters as well, and this goes a long way to keeping the water clean. In my case, I have not had to deal with customer service, so I'm not sure about the quality of that. I am thinking about the ozone filter for a boost, just haven't decided yet. As others have said, the jets are amazing strong for such a cute lil' spa. For my first spa purchase, I LOVE MY SPA...what else can I say??

Purchasing this fantastic hot tub from Home Depot was one of my best purchases this year. Top quality product, shipped to me in a few days and when I asked for details at my local store in Gainesville, Fl. it was just like always. Great friendly people who go out of their way to help. Setting this hot tub took less than 20 minutes and the next day I jumped in and started enjoying it. This hot tub is really great quality and a wonderful price.....what else is new, I bought it from Home Depot! Thanks so much.

Exactly what I expected, plenty of jet power, does run a lot but it's for a minute or two, not hrs straight like bigger tubs, usually 20-30 times a day. This can be cut down slightly by turning filtration and purge settings down. Had a slight issue with control at first, but technical support was quick to fix and probably was an issue in its shipment. The shipping company was not precise, and the nicest thing I can say about them is be patient, it will arrive....

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by John This product is great for a single person or a couple.
We have had ours for a month and really enjoy it. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the control panel which is very hard to view and operate! Also, I would recommend that if this is your first spa that you check with company about what chemicals come with spa.and what does not. Read info because "First Step" (chemical used to protect color of tub) did not come.with set up chemicals and we had to order and thus had to wait to enjoy the tub. It would be helpful if there was a diagram of the spa with features/controls marked. We are still blindly trying to discover what everything does. I would highly recommend this spa. Make.sure you have several people available to help place your spa - we ended up using an old hospital gurney!
