We are very much enjoying our tub. This is a very nice tub for the price. The seating offers 3 varying heights, you can't really tell in the pictures. We have found all three positions to be very comfortable. 3 people can sit in it comfortably, but don't expect it to compare to larger tubs you may have used in roominess. We had ours re-wired to the higher voltage. Make sure to contact the company when doing so, as the wiring information inside the motor is not accurate. Make sure when yours is delivered to check it over extremely carefully, as the packaging they use when shipping does not protect it very well. We had to refuse the first tub when it arrived with a gouge in it. The second one, which we kept, also had a small mark as well, but it was acceptable to us. The actual tub itself works very well for it's small size, the jets are powerful and the tub was staying well heated even at the lower power level. We also purchased the hard cover for it; it is much easier to put on & remove. Overall we are very happy with it.

Unit arrived quickly as promised. The manufacturer even called before shipment to review the order before they shipped and to answer any questions that we might have. The delivery was without issue, no damages at all. We had the spa up and running shortly after delivery. We have it on 115vac currently, and will wire it for 220vac later. It is plenty hot on the 115vac, it was 100 degrees within 12 hours. The cover fits well, even though others have noted it as an issue, and being we have the spa on our back porch (screened in with a roof) we think it is adequate. Perhaps in the winter we may not think so, but will have to wait and see.

Hot tubs are supposed to reach 104 degrees, but two tub thermometers that I have read 100 or 101 degrees, even though the thermostat on the tub says 104. The spa maker says that the heat is measured at the heater, not in the tub's water. This is either a total loss, or I'll have to pay to get another heater installed on the tub.
As others have mentioned, the soft cover is basically a thick tarp. The tubs that are only $500 more at Home Depot come with a hard cover. The soft cover fills with rain water and you can't dump it because it is too heavy to lift a tarp filled with water.
Great size, good price, nice design, but NOT WORTH IT.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rene Our favorite way to relax!
We've had our spa for about a year or so and we absolutely love it! It fits perfectly in a corner of our sun room and looks great. We love the fact that we could just plug it in to a regular wall outlet, turn it on, and start relaxing. No electrical work had to be done at all, so very simple. We love the way it looks and it's very easy to change settings, etc. Cleaning is a breeze as is changing the water out every few months. Nothing about the maintenance is difficult. Just grab a glass of wine, hop in and you'll start feeling that vacation vibe in no time!

Although ordering the hot tub was a tad cumbersome at the store, the manufactuerer support was superb in delivery and hookup. The hot tub is the perfect size for a small family. I spent the extra $$ having an electrician hook it up on a 240w line rather than plug it in to a standard wall socket. I also bought the 4" cover, so together with the smaller cover that comes with the unit, it stays at 104 degrees. Sweet! We saved at least $1,000 buying this over the locals. I highly recommend this unit...

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by tubby For what it is, it's what I wanted. A small hot tub that was economical. There were some minor damages caused from the shipping... no doubt, it should have been packaged better. The manufacture was very good about trying to make things right. My biggest complaint.... the cover that comes with the unit is basically worthless. It is not insulated, which is what you want on your hot tub, an insulated cover. It is basically a cheap tarp. If you are going to buy this hot tub, you should plan to pony up and buy the $275.00 cover that should already come with the hot tub.
You should get an Electrician to do the power hook up. I did, and good thing... the wiring in the box didn't match up with the schematic that came with the tub. All is well now.
I very much enjoy the tub, still irate about the cheap cover.

This is a compact and powerful hot-tub.
We bought this tub because if was sharp looking and reasonability priced. If you are looking for a compact tub for three people, then this tub is for you. The whole purchase was very enjoyable. We were kept in the loop when the hot-tub would be delivered and what to expect. It took about 25 days for the tub to be built and delivered to our home.

Wow! All I can say is I LOVE this spa!! Best purchase I have made in a long, long time! I have 3 children and they love using the hot tub as well. My mother runs a daycare and it has been awesome for her to get in it and relax after a long day. The best part is that it is in our garage!! Love the indoor/outdoor ability of this! My only regret is not buying this sooner!!
