To points to make, this would have been a great product if the Lazer guide was place correctly on the top. This plate should have been lowered into the table not on top. Makes cutting a step process. The screws that hold the Lazer guide and the metal shaft sit on top preventing a stop,so you have raise the tile to continue, which makes the design a flawed product.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Victor I recommend this cutter for home use
I bought this wet cutter last year and works great for home projects, it is easy to clean and has a strong motor, The laser becomes useless as dirty water hits it, the aluminum guide can be difficult to align but If you plan on doing off and on projects, and are not to hung up these issues this unit is perfect, works great and priced right

The saw was good--made 40-50 cuts on 20 x20 porcelain tile
The problems were the blade guard and the blade. The blade was so cheap it did not make it through one cut. The blade guard and laser are a joke. Could not use the guard because the tile would not go thru it--so I got soaked by the cooling water. I would look at a different saw

The shipping to Mississauga was quick.
The saw for the most part looks sturdy, but its actually light since the top is made out of aluminum. Will not rust. It also provides a nice even surface even for thinner cuts. I was missing two parts, but a quick call to home depot and they were on their way from the manufacturer. I found the saw blade included worked good for my application. I was cutting white marble and have not had any cracks.
There were some vibrations at first but after loosening and slightly aligning the blade better on the bolt (1/20th of a mm change) it was perfectly centred and balanced. I read complaints about the blades in some of the cheaper saws. I tried to buy a better one but all the stores were out. Its a good thing I didn't because I had no problems with the included one.
The drain hole plug did drip the first time I used it. Didn't the 2nd time. I did put a towel under it just in case. I was happy it was possible to use the saw upstairs in the hallway without messing everything up with splatter. There is a slight spray coming from the front. That's unavoidable, but I found placing a thin scrap piece on the tile prevented the fine mist from going further.
The laser is useless. the water quickly gums up the beam. I also wish the rail would automatically align straight with the blade. You have to do that yourself each time. The rail free floats a couple degrees until its clamped down. It then sets to what ever you were holding it at.
I also wish the angle on the lifting table was adjustable. its set to 45 and 22.5 degrees.
Overall I'm happy, the saw is not perfect
