Customer Reviews

Rated 1.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worthless Bought it in spite of other reviews. Hope springs eternal. Needed to cut one large bathroom tile in half to ship it as a sample. Got exactly a quarter inch in before the blade was done. I tried going slow and even squirted water on to prevent overheating thinking maybe others were doing it wrong as suggested by another review. Nope. All the grit wore off the blade in a quarter inch of tile and I was down to bare metal on the blade. And that quarter inch took about 8 minutes. Bought a $27 diamond blade for my 7" circular saw and cut it in half in 15 seconds. Going to try and take this back and at least tell the tool manager to please quit selling this. It simply does not work. See attached image of how far this blade got through an average bathroom ceramic tile before it was toast. This product emphasizes the need to add zero stars as an option for the ratings. December 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Do not race the saw... I got this without reading the reviews first and can say it does as designed and it is not as bad as said above. The grit does wear away, but only as expected, besides it is cheap enough to throw away. I guess the biggest tip is to keep the saw in the slow range with a nice steady motion while using and it should last for awhile. Remember, heat of friction is always an enemy and heat will cause the grit to "melt" off. September 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't do whats advertised I was able to cut 1/4 of an inch before all carbide was gone???? Thought maybe other reviews were wrong, but I'm the one who is wrong.. this is the biggest waste of money. Not sure what this blade would be good for, sure not 1/4 in ceramic tile. March 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Blade bends I bought this blade to cut 1/2 inch Hardie backer. Within 5 minutes of use the blade would bend so much that it would not cut. I The shaft of the blade is too thin which causes it to bend. December 11, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Used it once for 45 seconds and all the carbide coating was gone, Did not even make a small cut. November 5, 2012
