Paint is typical "seasonal" paint, but been on there long time. I plan to wet w soapy water for bit, then scrape off. I can use razor, but will take hours. Am looking for larger tool - will this be sharp enough, etc?? Thanks.

Answer:
As long as you have a new blade on it, or one that is nick free, it will scrape paint off windows...I use products exactly like this one to do that all the time.

Will remove a large majority of it however a grinder may make easier/quicker go of it -- especially if you have a large area to do

Answer:
Jimmy,
In my experience in removing glue from vinyl flooring, is to use a spray bottle, wet the glue, let it soak for 5-10 minutes, scrape. This may take several tries but the keyword here is patience, the scraper will eventually remove it.

NO! It would scratch your window whether it being vinyl or glass because it is a razor blade.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My newest essential tool This made several ugly little jobs a snap. Wish I had found it earlier! I keep it with my essential tools. June 28, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Scraper Blade Razor blade in a razor blade holder actually worked better. By using a razor blade and holder, you have more control than this item. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Scraper Works well on the electric stove top to remove dirt! May 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good I used this along with the citrus resin remover to get all of the glue off of a hardwood floor that someone put some cheap peel and stick tiles on. This made a difficult job quite easy. I did manage to break mine, but it was by accident and I wasn't even using the scraper. I happened to sit the sledge hammer down and I didn't know the scraper was under some debris at a slight angle, so I snapped it in two. I'll be buying another one and this time I will keep up with it! April 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works well, nothing fancy Does what it says it'll do. Basically a 4" razor blade held perpendicular on a bar. It's solid, fairly comfortable, easy to use. I scraped up a linoleum backer off concrete with it very easily. May 3, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by scraper Wish a larger scraper had been available. Although this item worked it wasn't what I exactly wanted. April 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good purchase As an amateur, this worked for me very well. My son with more experience thought it was excellent. April 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really, this is the best little tool I ever purcheased. I was scrapping with a putty knife for extended times, killing my back and hands. This is a great and inexpensive tool to scrap old adhesive (wet 1st) and cuts the time by two thirds! March 29, 2016
