This was far better than the foam ones I used before and not a lot more money. To be perfect, not sure if that is possible, I would still like a connection behind my knees that didn't end up pressing in on the back of my leg opposite the knee. This one is certainly wider and less painful at the end of the day but not completely without irritation over a long period of time. The strap connectors, however, are fantastic.

I only used it for one day and the material started ripping apart.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pdelcast Avoid. One major flaw that makes them unusable
Broke the tab that holds them in place the second time I tried to use them.
The amount of force it takes to pull the tab in pace is about the same as the amount of force to break the tab. Complete waste of money. They should just hold with Velcro-- would work well and wouldn't break.

If you are getting low this is how you do it. For dirty jobs you will need to clean interior to prevent abrasion.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KB Really excellent for kneeling; works as advertised; light weight and comfortable
Fit the bill perfectly for working on a new dog kennel, which involved lots of kneeling to install 1 x 1 foot concrete pavers on the floor. Highly recommended

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Neal The best I've used
I've used a lot of different knee pads over the past couple of years, and I like these the best. With the single strap, they're quick and easy to put on and take off. The straps and clips hold their adjustment without stretching or slipping, so they don't slide down your legs like most other knee pads do. The padding lasts at least as long as most of the others I've used. They're soft-caps, so they don't scratch finished wood floors, yet they're durable enough to hold up on rougher surfaces. If you're doing a lot of work on gravel or rough concrete, you'll probably prefer hard-caps, but for most purposes these are the way to go.
