1.5 lbs / 10ft unit. Once activated- 64 lbs. Drag around as needed, as there is no need to pick up fully activated barrier.

can they be stored and resued?

Yes, but they must be dried first- through evaporation, which can take 2-3 months in a continued dry area, out of sunlight.
