I believe the Type J refills have vary in hole/pin number and spacing.
Do these have 4 posts, ie. 2 outer (one on each side) with a plastic snap through pin to protrude and lock on mop and 2 inner (one on each side) that are 3 3/4" apart with a threaded plastic bolt that extends through holes on mop to be secured with plastic nuts?

Thanks

Automatic Sponge Mop Refill is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Type J replacement, but... Perhaps you've arrived here looking for a Type J replacement for your Quckie mop, with four threaded studs and twist connectors to secure the sponge to the mop hardware. This item is not an exact match to the original, but it is labeled as a Type J replacement and looks like it will be compatible. It does have four studs, but they are plastic, not metal, and this refill includes only 2 twist-on plastic nuts. The threads on the plastic posts/nuts are very different from the original metal ones, so you cannot just re-use the original nuts. I have not yet determined if this poses a problem. If it does, the apparent solution would be to buy a second refill and use those nuts, and then continue to re-use all four nuts on the second (and any subsequent) refills. The color of the product I received is blue, not yellow (not that this matters).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mop head replacement When I couldn't find this in a store I was glad that I was able to order it from HD. It works great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quickie Sponge Mop Refill Sponges fit the mop but the kits were missing some of the fasteners. I had to improvise to use them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mop Refill It is one of those items that does not cost a lot but only one brand/size will work. It is not found in any of the local stores but found it at Home Depot online. So, I ordered it and it came into Home Depot in a reasonable time (no rush to get around to mopping, right?). Having it delivered to Home Depot savies shipping costs and since I am a frequent shopper at Home Depot...why not. What more can one say about a mop head refill. Under "con" below I marked " no instructions." Instructions are not necessary for if you cannot see how to replace the old mop head with the new than you should not be driving (and/or drinking).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not like the original J-type This J-type refill has changed since I originally purchased the sponge mop 3 or so years ago. The threaded plastic screws don't go into the same holes as the original and the nuts don't screw down securely like before. The original nuts don't fit the new sponge. No idea what the little red scrubby piece is for, or where it's supposed to be used. The head does appear to stay in place but is not what I expected. The packaging says "NO VINEGAR." Who knows maybe it will fall apart, but considering all of today's toxic cleaners, those that use vinegar and water may want to consider another product. The box that this single replacement head came in could have fit 30 of these. The box was WAY too big and seemed like a waste of packaging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mop Refill Good As Original This mop refill was a twin of the part that came with the mop. I chose pickup at store. After being informed, via email, that mop refill was ready for pickup, I went to the customer service counter and quickly had merchandise it hand. Very easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quikie Sponge mop refill 0272 -J Poor description in specifications section! Why is the number of posts/nuts/hold-downs on this refill not identified???? I have an older Quickie Automatic sponge mop with 4 holes for hold-downs and no model # id anywhere. So, how would I know if this refill fits my mop???? PS. The Quickie website is even less helpful. :-(
