Very large cleaning surface, about 3x bigger than my swiffer. Although the instructions say you can use it for a mop or a duster, it is definitely better as a mop. It doesn't have the ability to hold onto dust and hair like my swiffer. But as a mop you can't beat it for the price if you aren't looking for anything fancy. It doesn't have an included reservoir for spraying cleaning liquids like some mops, but all I do anyways is pour a little cleaner on the floor as I go along (I had one with the spray reservoir and that part broke right after I got it).
The head is your typical microfiber feeling material, it is designed to spray cleaner directly on it or spray the floor with cleaner, do not soak it in a bucket or the sink and then mop. I typically hand wash these in the sink and throw in the washer every few times. My last microfiber piece has lasted a year this way and is still working well.
Great for a smaller house or limited hardwood/tile floors. I would prefer the kind with the built in cleaning sprayer for larger spaces. It does spin SUPER easy so very easy to get under furniture and in tight spaces.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DIYinUT Good for light cleaning, awkward for everything else
I've been using this for several months now on my hardwood floors and have decided that this mop is pretty good an minor cleanup jobs, but not that great at large floor cleaning. The only issue I take with this that for larger cleanings you need to remove the mop head rinse and wring it out. I think you would be better off with a more standard type mop that makes it so you don't have to clean this by hand. but it's nice to have for smaller jobs, I guess.

This mop is big and covers alot of ground quickly. I am not sure that I like the microfiber cloth, I feel like it did not pick up all the dirt. It also leaves some streaking on pergo flooring, which my cotton cloth did not. I also wish that there was a rough section to scrub harder. I have 2 other because quicky changes the heads frequently, but right now this is my least favorite. It is in the wash right now and maybe it will pick up better as it is used more.

This mop is very easy to use to clean hardwood and laminate flooring. It works well with spray cleaning agents or other small amounts of liquid hardwood or laminate cleaners. The mop picks up dirt well even on a rough laminate floor surface. The mop excells when used with liquid cleaners, it does not leave a residue. This has become our favorite floor mop.

Let me start by saying the first thing that stands out to me is the pole. It is the first one of these types of mops that I think might hold up. I am tall (6'4") and it was a little on the short side, but seemed to hold the pressure I gave it.
The plastic on the mop though does not give me a lot of assurance it will last though. It seems a little flimsy. Despite this, I do like the swivel feature between the mop and pole. It is also incredibly light weight.
The mop itself though is strictly for hardwood dusting. I used mine with a dusting wax/polish. I sprayed it on the microfiber and it picked up dust. I can't say it was perfect, but it does get the job done. I found myself spraying a lot of wax/polish though.
It may also work as a dry mop for sweeping dust into one area for pick up. It will not pick up anything other than dust though. And the microfiber does not pick up moisture of any kind.
I also used this to do cobwebs in ceiling corners. That was a great feature! That is what the swivel feature I found was most useful.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Frustrated Waste of money, broke
Housekeeper bought this mop to use on my hardwood floors. Head broke off within first 3 months of use. Checked website for tip on how how re-attach, thinking must be some little trick to get it back on. Website not at all helpful other than to advise about 10 year warranty. Great!, except also requires a receipt and I pay shipping (how the heck to you wrap a mop for shipping?) which would end up costing more than mop's orginal price in money and my time. Also, never found a refill cloth mop head at local stores back when mop was still working.

I used the Rejuvinate I ordered with this program and then used this mop to clean. Use both for a clean, shiny floor.
