Answer:
After it dries it is waterproof. This is crack seal. As long as the water is not under pressure it will prevent water entry. Your description of "fast flowing" water makes me think you have more than a crack. Also this works best on horizontal surface cracks. It is too thin for most vertical surface cracks.

Answer:
this product is for flat horizontal surfaces with cracks, it goes on with a very liquid consistency. You can not use this on a vertical surface, although there are other products for that. Hope this helps.

Answer:
No, QUIKRETE Concrete Crack Seal is not designed to seal against water intrusion. It is designed to fill cracks on any horizontal concrete surface. This problem would be better addressed at the cause, through sloping land away from the house, ensuring gutters are directed away from the house, etc. Please discuss your issue with a contracting expert or call QUIKRETE directly.

Answer:
in my garage I have cinder blocks with cracks and used it. its runny but take your time and it will work. I was able to fill them in. I used a small trowel and gloves to push it in.They do make a concrete in a tube and you put it in a caulk gun. May be better.

The cracks should be overfilled slightly to allow for shrinkage If you are interested in a self-leveling product with more flexibility then QUIKRETE® Polyurethane Self-Leveling Sealant (No. 8660) is recommended. When repairing cracks in concrete, we always recommend trialing a small quantity of the repair material in a discrete area, and allowing it to cure for a minimum of 24 hours to determine whether the color and overall appearance is acceptable before using the material in less discrete areas. If the cracks in the concrete are due to material settling, the settling may continue, causing the cracks to propagate through the repair material. 1 Qt. Concrete Crack Seal is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 73.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use and filled the cracks in the cement I need to give this product some time to see how it holds up to the weather. I found the product to be exactly what it claimed to be, a pourable, immediate usable cement fill for cracks. I followed directions on how to first fill wider and deeper cracks with sand before using this product and it turned out very nice. The second day I had to add some more product as it settles. It looks nice and I believe it'll fill the cracks and protect it from the weather, with winter is just around the corner. It was easy to use and clean up. It came out of the bottle ready for use and filled the cracks immediately. It dries quickly as well.

I thought it was very easy to use. I DID follow another reviewer's advice and I kept the small seal that's under the cap and I replaced it when I was done, so that the product didn't dry out. Another reviewer mentioned getting one of those small foam paint brushes and that worked out really well, too. Also, it's probably a good idea to have a wet cloth and a bucket of water handy for messes or spills. Wherever I needed a second coat, I waited a couple of days to make sure that the first coat was completely dry. I'm very happy with how the project turned out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works well product worked as described and filled the crack in my floor. Start off by cutting a very small piece off the tip and trying to fill the crack. If you cut too much off than it flows to much and you can't use the nozzle to direct the liquid into the crack.

Con: shaken very very well, but still had clogs in the tip of the nozzle with some portions of product being much thicker. Overall, I am very happy with the finished results and my driveway looks much cleaner. Just make sure you take your time and follow the thickness/width instructions to avoid cracks in the patch material as it dries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. While cleaning out the shed, I fount the unopened bottle of sealer. It was so old that it had settled.. After stirring for about 30 mins I used it to seal a visible crack across 2 car driveway.. I fill the crack and feathered about 1/2" each side.to 1/16" thick...The truck tires did not disturb it and so much is left over, I will give it to my neighbor ..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Durable I did not find this liquid crack seal stuff to be durable. After a couple days of drying (on a thin application) I was able to fairly easily jab a screwdriver into the stuff. As a added bonus the color wasn't good either - too gray. Have to do additional testing but it looks like I will be going with one of the Rapid Set products for my concrete cracks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quick Fix First, when opening the product for use you have to remove that inner seal - save it!!! After you cut the tip and use it that plastic tip cover does NOT seal the product good for later use and it will harden. After use, and if you have product left over put that seal back under the lid as well as that tip cover! Product use is simple. For those hairline cracks after you put some product on it use one of those HD throw away $1 paint brushes and blend it into that surface For deeper crack you may need more than one coating as it will absorb into the crack It does work well but after I have the cracks fill I blend with a throwaway brush especially if I'm painting over it On smooth surface I clean up like caulking so it looks nice before drying It's $10 product so if you know your not going to use the remaining portion of product then use a piece of plastic wrap over that inner seal, then the cap and keep from freezing in the garage and it will last

Fantastic and nice, paintable also!
