This is a great rain barrel. The hose is very close to bottom so you can use up all water. It attaches to the spout easily and simply and the overflow is managed well.
the only drawback is that you can't really clean put the grit from the roof because there are only two small openings: in and out - both the size of a hose.

I purchased several of these specifically to use as "last resort" traffic barriers between a hedge and the exterior house wall. I live near a 4 way stop that drivers regularly speed past, and we wanted extra protection should someone lose control of their car. It blends in quite nicely with the shrubs, hedge and the house. And they look better than a CalTrans barrel!

The rain barrel was a Christmas gift from my dad! I am looking forward to attaching to our downspout near the side of our garage. I love the fact that the rain barrel looks like a rock & will look nice in our landscaping now & in the future. I am hoping to irrigate all the plants & flowers on that side of our home & eventually the lawn too.

I wanted 2 rain collectors so purchased a small and a large to connect together. The small one is fine, but the larger one does not have the "sandstone" finish. It looks very fake and does not match the small one. I sent one back hoping the next one would be better, but it wasn't.

Bought one of the 40 Gallon versions and liked it so much that I bought one of these 60 Gallon ones for the other side of the house near my garden for watering in the Spring. Looks great and easy to install.

The 60 gal rain barrel does not look like he picture. While it resembles a large rock, it was done poorly. I'm using it in my backyard because it doesn't look good enough to use in the front.
