specifications do not mention a pump. Does it have a pump? I would not want to assume anything.

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in RIDGID!
There is not a listed horse power rating for the RIDGID R4010 tile saw, due to an industry wide dispute on the proper means for determining horse power. The old standard formula used for years for determine HP was: Volts X Amps divided by 746 = HP.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great saw This saw is great . Must be maintained properly and cleaned. Those who have rated this saw with negative reviews. Do not know how to use a table saw. Next time hire a contractor. Had this saw for 2 years and have done over 50 jobs with this saw and it's been reliable for me and my crew of tile setters. Best saw for the price September 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This product has no good features Had this saw for several years now and have been aggravated for the last two years. The saw looks all nice and shiny in the store, but as soon as you get a little saw dust on it it makes it hard to turn the knobs. The blade guard hinge froze and and consequently broke. Now the blade guard is patched together with duct tape. The water goes all over the saw except on the blade. The laser is not adjustable after several uses because of tile dust. went looking for parts, that was a problem. About $ 100.00 in parts to replace the guard assembly. All in all, not happy with this. August 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by underpowered terrible user's manual if you want to spend the afternoon frustrated assembling this tool with less than poorly written directions, then this is your saw. Assembly should have taken less than 1 hour ended up taking 3. Overall the product is pretty good but still miffed about assemble. I am cutting concrete paver stones. The saw seems underpowered for this task. I can't commit on tile cutting. included blade is for tile, I purchased a mason blade for my task. July 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The product has a few problems. 1. Instruction manual is not well provided especially tiny illustrations did conduct me confusion for tube circuits. Ironically, the best illustration for this was on the outer carton box. 2. A part called "valve assembly" is very poor quality. Both original part and a spare one were easily broken by water pressure - a kind of blown out. I asked Ridid to send me another assembly but they still ignore my request. 3. Laser beam does not help at all in the day light - cannot be seen at all. Does Rigid asks customers work only in the dark? Other than above, the machine is the best in the market I believe. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JUNK!! Ton of overspray, will not stay in adjustment. Adjustment maxed out still won't cut straight. Over priced, overrated garbage!!! Worst saw I have ever owned or even used. August 4, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This saw is very cheaply made. I had this saw for about a year now and had to replace two different valves. It just seems like its falling apart and for the money i spent i could have got something else with better quality. The laser is not accurate either. The saw cuts great other than that. The motor is powerful and it will rip through pavers if you need it to. Its just the little things that you get nickel and dimed for that should not fail in such a short period of time. Trying to find parts is like pulling teeth too so if and when you do find the parts, i suggest you stock up on more than one because these parts just fail. This way when your in the middle of a job and your saw suddenly starts leaking paste water all over the place you can fix it in a jiffy! I had a qep saw before this one that lasted 8 years before it got dropped and bent. I don't see this saw lasting not even a quarter that as its falling apart in less than a year. July 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by almost perfect the only area that i'd fault this saw for is the water distribution. i just wish rigid had matched the quality of the connections and the controls with the quality of the table and saw system. the water joints leak, don't handle the pressure of the water source and generally detract from the overall unit. July 5, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by this saw was junk .The instructions were poorly wright en and illustrated very hard to fallow ,laser was off ,cutting tile was off ,water not on blade enough . This saw will leave one big mess plan on plenty of clean up time at end of day .. I love ridgid tools but there wet saw needs lots of work oh ya you have to go really slow when cutting tile it wants to suck tile in to blade .i am very very unhappy with ridgid .normally i am very happy with ridgid tools but this one really mist the mark . PS the stand was one of the best i ever used very nice for set up n take down. June 27, 2012
