Very heavy to carry. The box was already picked up by trash collector, so I can't double check the packaging.i love it but I'd love it more if it could roll!

Yes, there were casters. Check inside the vac, as mine were stored inside....which means you didn't throw them away. I'd ask Home Depot to replac the wheels.

Yes, it does come with wheels, technically I think they are called 'casters'. I'm pretty certain they are the standard push in casters that come with small desks and most anything you buy now with wheels so if you've accidentally thrown them out they should be easy to replace. There is like a ring sort of thing around the top of the orange part I think. It has fitted spots for each of the nozzles and tubes. The only thing that doesn't really have a good holding spot is the long hose itself.

There is a holder on the top section that has a place for each attachment including the tubes. Technically there is no spot for the hose but that can be attached to tubes and wrapped around the top or alternatively the hose could be stored in the canister.

hey are stored around the vacuum on a tool holder. There is a ring that is around the vacuum, and there are places for the tools to slide in. Its not the most secure of holders but it does hold them there

Our new cat loves to spend time out on our terrace but he is getting filthy from all the dust out there. We need a unit powerful enough to clean the terrace at least weekly and still last for years.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 887 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very happy with this vac! The vac has good suction. Great for vacuuming cars and general uses around the house. Did some heavy duty paint scrapping and this vac pick up the mess with ease along with some other debris. I really like the positive locking top, unlike a cheaper Rigid vac that I have that has tabs that sorta lock together. Although the suction ensures the seal is good, more than once I have dropped the lower portion when picking up from the top without the unit running. That will not happen with this vac. Highly recommend July 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great vacuum I bought this vacuum for the noise level, I was going to be using it to cut drywall and I bought the vacuum bag to go with this vacuum to catch small particles it worked great. Good suction lower noise and no dust through the exhaust I was very pleased. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As advertised Bought it for work and our warehouse has never been cleaner. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Replacing with the same I bought one of what I believe was the first wet and dry vacs that had the Rigid name. I can't tell you how many years ago and it has been a great tool in clean up as well as saw dust control with my larger power tools. It is only because of a water leak two years ago that the old one finally ran until the motor ceased. I am hoping this one lives up to the first one. June 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiter than expected So i already had the Ridgid 4 gal shop vac (which i loved/still love), but needed to upgrade vacs as my home shop has expanded. I picked up the 14 gal because it had all the same motor/suction specs as the 16 gal, but was both smaller and quieter (even quieter than the 4 gal, 5hp one I already had), according to Ridgid. Of course, I was skeptical, so I did a test. Not only did I use the db meter app on my phone to compare the 4v14, but I also compared the 14 gal with and without the "muffler/diffuser" attachment, which I'd purchased despite reading multiple reviews denouncing its effectiveness. The pics attached are my completely unbiased results... The first reading is my base line - nothing in the garage powered on. 2nd, is the 4 gal. 3rd, the 14 gal. 4th/5th, the 14 gal without/with the muffler, respectively. 2 notes - I did thoroughly clean the 4 gal, as well as put a brand new filter on it; also, all tests were done sans hose amd attachments (except, obviously, for the muffler test on the 14 gal). My conclusion is that Ridgid's claims that the 14 gal is quieter than the rest of their vacs is, indeed, true. However, the muffler attachment does not truly muffle anything. This doesn't mean that it won't effectively diffuse dust, but don't purchase this attachment expecting to reduce sound January 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I wish everything was built as well as this Vacuum The vacuum was easy to put together, it was also easy to attach another filter to it. When the water filter was attached this vacuum sucked up the water on the floor we were cleaning the kitchen floor and, it almost made it dry. Great machine Wet or Dry. June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does the job I got tired of monkeying around with smaller vacuums that clog quickly trying to save a couple of bucks. This thing picks up anything. Only negative is that iit's pretty large. Worth it to me. June 14, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Needed it. Bought it. This wet vac had the power I needed to get the job done. The dust bin is a great size and can gather a lot of dirt before needing to empty it. I just wish the filter was easier to get off for cleaning. Overall a good purchase. June 14, 2016
