CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 405 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by More than I expected I am so happy I got this saw, it does more than I expected. The fence pointer is spot on and the square setting of the blade is too, no adjustments were needed. A little tricky at first in folding and unfolding but after a few times caught on to how to do it. Lack of mention, I didn't see in the manual, is the table release lever to increase its size. A whole lot of power, barely slowed down when ripping two-by material. Built to take punishment and sturdy. On a flat hard service as well as the dirt floor in my barn, it's very steady. I highly recommend for the contractor as well as the home owner. November 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This table saw is portable, easy to use and works well! I bought this table to cut doors for a basement renovation job. I had to take a small strip of the bottom for one door and a small strip off the side for a closet door. The saw was packaged well, easy to setup, straight forward to operate and did a great job cutting. It came with a 40 tooth saw blade so that was helpful to cut MDF doors without damaging them. The saw collapses on its own cart and can be moved out of the way when not in use. Combined with Ridgid's warranty, I recommend this saw to anyone who is looking to invest in a quality table saw. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Does everything I need it to do Another great addition to my Ridgid line of tools (I have 8 or 9). This tablesaw is very convenient to use: easy to set up and break down; easy to move; great and secure storage of rip fence, miter gauge and push stick. I love the sliding extension table - it's really nice having that extra rip capacity in a small and portable package. Motor power is OK, but could be higher, though I wouldn't want to pay any more for the saw. So far, a very good tool for site work. In combination with stands or site-built outfeed table, you can't beat it. November 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cuts like butter Outstanding saw! After years of making do with an inferior and cheap contractor saw, I finally upgraded to this model. I have never been a fan of the blade guards on most saws, but this one is not obtrusive, and the markings on the fence are spot on. (I still double check with a separate measurement, but it hasn't failed yet. ) It's a bit of a pain to put together, but once it is set up, it is good to go. The blade that comes with it is not bad, but I would upgrade to a diablo. Overall, a great saw, and I highly recommend it. November 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kickback Pawls - Neat Feature This saw is heavy weighing in at nearly 100 lbs with the gravity stand, but the wheels on the stand are good and it is easy to move around. It is wide so moving it through a 30" doorway is also a challenge, but it can be done. The fence was true (and still is) as was the blade doing a five-cut test. As with all saws (circular, miter, and table) the stock blade is only really good for framing. So invest in good blades for the task at hand and you will be happy with it. The dust collection is good. Hooked up to a 16 gallon shop vac there is very little dust to deal with. One of the other guys I work with has the Bosch 4100 and they are almost identical machines. They both cut well, are easy to move around the job. If you are in the market for a good portable table saw you won't go wrong with this saw. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Decent table saw for do it yourself type guy..... I am no professional but this table say is easy to move around and use. I keep it in my garage but when possible I move it outside to use it. The fold up stand is a big plus for this. Have done several projects and was a good purchase. One thing I noticed is that occasionally when starting the saw the motor does not start up smoothly - it starts almost with a thud. No idea why the soft start does not always work however has not stopped the use of the saw. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just another Ridgid favorite!!!! We are working our 2nd one of these. We use it on the job site everyday. Worked hard and put away wet! Our first saw lasted 10 years,. only bought a new one when the power switch went out and had no time to fix it. We nearly exclusively use Ridgid tools in our repair/remodel work. Have used the heck out of the lifetime warranty. Love these tools, go Ridgid!!! November 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product As a hobbyist, want a durable saw that will cut through hardwood with ease and accuracy. With the ability to store away to free up room easily was an asset too. No major adjustments out of the box and worked extremely well on my recent project of cutting oak. Great product so far based on my usage and look forward to using soon on next project. November 25, 2014
