Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AXMAN Best I've ever owned... Except for 1 thing...
By far the best 18 gage nailer I've ever owned or used. The magnesium body is tough and so light weight. Ridgid makes some outstanding tools. The ONLY issue I have with the design is the "dry fire lockout" feature. I don't know if my gun is defective or if they all do this- but my gun WILL NOT fire the last 5 nails on a sleeve. It will lock the trigger like the gun is empty. If you are a pro (like I am) who is firing hundreds of nails in a day, you just load another sleeve behind the remaining 5 from the last one and keep going. It's just a tad annoying but I'm used to it by now. I've had my gun for close to a year now and have fired well over 20k nails through it. It's a beast! Fires with almost no recoil, super quiet, and out of 20,000 shots I've only had 2-3 jams! pretty impressive! Again, GREAT gun... Just wondering if I'm the only one with a gun that won't fire the last 5 nails. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Esse high quality and very precise. This was purchased after I returned the Ryobi 18 gauge cordless which failed miserably after 1 rack of nails.

You get what you pay for. This product worked great for what I needed and I like the feature that allows me to clear any jams easily, that was the damage to my previous nailer

Purchased to put on some baseboards and toe molding - worked like a charm. Took a 2 hour job and turned it into a 10 minute one. Some reviews voiced concern that to 2" 18 gauge nail would hold baseboards, but I didn't have any problems. I also used to trim out some columns, so much easier than nailing in with a hammer and having the parts move ever so slightly which leads to caulk job to fill gaps created by slight shifting in parts. I used window glazing compound to fill small nails hole in baseboards, couldn't even see them in oak toe molding so I left alone.

First purchase of a Rigid brand power tool and it did not disappoint. Accurate nailing. Feeds different sizes of brad nail without any problems. Very light weight makes it easy to use.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pro2013 Really like this nailer
After a day of use, I can say I really like this nailer. It's a feather light compared to my older nailer. It's easier to use all day and doesn't pull on your belt when hanging on your side. It has never misfired since purchase and it will stop firing all together when low on brads. My old nailer would just shoot holes in the wood when it ran out. The rear exhaust is great, no more exhaust blowing dust in your face. It has a composite nail clip so the brads are delivered smoothly without binding. The rapid fire option was appreciated and saved time. This nailer was quieter than my old nailer and I don't know how I put up with the old one for so long. I plan on getting the finish nailer shortly.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by lbh Shot a couple hundred nails with it this weekend...
Used this for putting up trim this week. I worked great. Shot nails through oak baseboards and shoe molding with no problems. These are the lightest guns available
A couple of nit picky things...
1) Unless you get the protective tip perfectly square to your piece, the gun won't fire. This is probably good in most circumstances but made it tough on round surfaces like the shoe molding.
2) will not shoot the last 4 nails
