Thank you for your interest in RIDGID.
There is not a specific application advisable for the right angle impact driver, other than driving screws, nuts, and bolts. It has a 650 in. lbs. torque rating. If the application you are inquiring about falls in that torque range, the attachment could possibly do the job.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Motor Failed after two weeks of use I bought this because it is the only Right Angle Corded Driver I could find. I wish they offered it in 3/8" hex, but an 1/4" to 3/8" adapter worked just fine. It might of been a faulty unit, but the motor failed after two weeks of being in service. It was only used for running 3/8" hex bolts down. No drilling or torquing to the max. Return service was quick and painless, which was really nice. July 12, 2016
