Bought this tile saw to cut concrete pavers/tile to fill in between the driveway and fence. It's cheaper and easier than renting a saw for the project. I like it because it's heavy-duty enough to cut without bogging down. Having its own stand is nice, too; you don't have to try and balance it on a sawhorses. I've had the saw for a couple of months and have used it for two-days worth of cutting. Approximately 60 lineal feet of 1-1/2" thick pavers have been cut and the diamond blade is still cutting like a hot knife through warm butter, just take it slow and use lots of water. After the driveway project if finished I plan to use the saw to cut some glass tiles for a kitchen counter back-splash. Assembly was easy but be prepared to recycle/dispose of a lot of Styrofoam. So far, the saw has met my expectations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Replacement blade woes The reason I'm giving this 2/5 stars is because Home Depot doesn't carry an 8" replacement blade I needed to cut my glass tile. I was frustrated I had to rely on Amazon to get a replacement blade for a saw my local store carried in stock. Luckily Amazon same day shipping is amazing; it saved me from a 5 day project delay. If it wasn't for Home Depot's short sightedness, I would have given the saw itself a 4/5 stars.

If you are doing small or simply tiling projects this saw gets the job done nicely. It is light and easy to set up and clean. It could do with a little more power but what couldn't. So long as you don't jam the blade up or push things through to fast it will get the job done. I would definitely recommend to handymen or DYI'ers

Laser is also a nice feature. Angle fence is good, just make sure of the degrees. The 45 degree mark is a little off. Other than that you should be happy with it. We are contractors and do a lot of tile showers so we went with this model over the $300 one, due to its sturdy build. Clean up on this is a breeze.
