Answer:
This air compressor isn't even shown on the ridgid website anymore. With its markdown and this question asked 6 months ago and still out of stock, its safe to assume that this compressor isn't being manufactured anymore and Home Depot won't get it back in stock.

Answer:
We do not rate or quote HP. The standard formula used in the past for determining HP by most manufacturers was: volts X amps divided by 746. The 746 = 1 Watt.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good brad nailer I have used this brad nailer over the last several years. I have not had too many complaints... and would actually go to say that the only issues i have had with this product is by user error but i am a guy so i will not actually go that far. it is nice that it gives you wide range of brads you can use. the depth function is easy to use. and it also has the ability to be used in the bump fire mode or single shot. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Strong and ligth Beside the fact that I nail myself in a 1 1/2" brad in my left leg by freaky accident of course, I still would recommend this tool anyway. I also purchased a compressor, a miter saw, and a table saw that I used for a completed renovation of my used house. I even paint my garage with the same orange color of your tools. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good product I am a finish carpenter and use this gun on a daily bases. It is light weight and easy to handle all day.I am looking to buy another one as I have other guys working for me as well and it is always good to have an extra one around . It has many good features as compared to other brands . I would recommend this to anyone interested in a finish nailer. they won't be sorry. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product is great in all aspects of its performance. This product is well worth the price when you can get it. I like the fact that it came with an 18Ga brad nailer for trimwork. It also has the air capacity to power my 15Ga Finish nailer with ease as well. The removable tool box is very handy for storing your extra nails, air accessories and other nailers as well. The portability of the unit is also a plus and you can almost wheel it around anywhere. One issue is that you have to use an industrial guage extension cord with it or plug it in without an extension cord or else the unit will not charge with air once it gets to half. Not using an extension cord is no problem because the hose that comes with it is long enough to do the reno work that is required. November 25, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best of 4 tried. I was at a tool show where they demonstrating air & power tools from various manufactures. I had the opportunity to talk to most of them. When asked what brand they prefered I was amazed to find several mentioned Rigid, quality or ease use was mentioned. Also the lifetime warranty mentioned. After trying 4 brands I choose rigid. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to load and use This brad nailer is comfortable in your hand even after a long day working. The ease of loading makes it quick when working on a production job. Durable and not heavy make it great for a woman like me. I would recomend it to anyone that is looking for this kind of tool. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a great product. Excellent Brad nailer, very easy to use and lightweight. As a mechanical contractor I don't have alot of experience with carpentry tools but I'm very pleased with this tool. Has never jammed or any other problems. Seems to be a quality tool at a good price. December 3, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A great tool if it worked I love Ridgid tools. I love this design. I have a twin stack that is heavy and hard to lug around so I bought the air hub. I love the wheels, the handle, the tool box and the crank hose wheel. I even like the nailer with the swivel coupling. All great. What isn't great is the motor. I had to return mine after it continually would lock up and trip on each second air fill. If the tank was empty it would work most of the time but wasn't able to pull enough power to run the compressor on a recharge. My Ridgid twin stack works fine on the same outlets so it's not a power availability issue. I've talked to others with the same problem so I feel it's a design problem in the motor or gearing. FIX IT RIDGID AND I'LL BUY ANOTHER! June 18, 2010
