Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hero Horrible customer servcie
The tool is very poorly made, and the customer service for the rigid is not helping at all even though the product was registered with them. They do not replace the product. Will Never buy rigid products again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by woodworker48066 great for around the house use
at this point i now have the entire set of accessories for the job max set, these work great for light duty things such as furniture assembly, cutting wood, driving in finish nails, tightening up loose bolts, etc.you would have to be crazy not to want this set, i was a little scared about this investment after reading some of the reviews on here, so i put mine through the test in my work shop. keep in mind it is 12 volts, you are not going to make a piece of furniture from scratch or repair your car with this tool, you wont drive a 3 or 4 inch nail through oak, but for all the small things you may need to do this ratchet and the other accessories are perfect.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NormPeterson Great Price
Haven't used it much but the price was right so I bought it. I have tried it on new installations and it seems to work ok, I haven't tried it on a bolt that has been in place for a long time to see how it does removing something difficult. I have the 12 volt cordless base, I wonder if the corded base has more power.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ihave2manytools Great accessory head for the corded JobMax
With the corded version of the JobMax the Ratchet Head has PLENTY of power, in fact if you don't watch out when first using it, you can easily twist your wrist while holding on the JobMax when the nut/bolt has stopped turning and the entire tool tries to whip around.
And adjustable clutch is really needed to disengage the ratchet when a nut is tight and max torque has been reached, and that is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars .
So far, this tool head has worked on everything that I've tried it on, from rusted on 3/8" nuts to 5/16 x 6" lag bolts into 4x4's.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rlatham Great improvement
This add-on to the Ryobi +One system allows the DIY’er to get into those tight places under the dash and against the fenders to make repairs and installations without having to do it all by hand. It was only with air powered tools that you could get into those tight spaces on an automobiles and trucks. Now you can use the same tool, to get into the tight spaces around plumbing and electrical services around the house, with power assisted tools.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 5w20valve It works great at the push of a button
This thing works great for turning bolts loose or tight. As long as they are not too tight. It is not meant for high torque applications, but works good for what it is. It is very handy and has a low profile for tight areas.
