Answer:
Thank you for your interest in RIDGID.
The included auto hammer head R8223405 is used in driving nails, it does not have a drilling capability. The optional right angle impact driver head R8223401 is designed for driving screws, nuts, and bolts, it is not designed for drilling, so it would not be a recommended tool for directly drilling into concrete.

Answer:
Hi Gator,
This tool is not designed for cutting ceramic tile,
you could purchase the grinder head attachment
and a diamond blade to cut the tile.
However, for a lot less money you can buy a simple
4 1/2" hand held grinder and a diamond blade, which
will do the job for much less.
Just cut the tile with the grinder and chisel it out.

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No customer service I purchased two 13 piece Ultimate contractor kits through Home Depot. The kits came without the Auto-Hammer head attachment. On the side of the box it says "Do not return to store. If missing parts, accessories or have questions or concerns contact 1 (866) 539-1710". I did so and was informed that the Auto-hammer head attachment is not a part or accessory, but a "major component" and that I should return the kit to Home Depot for an exchange, which is what it says NOT to do on the side of the box. I asked for a supervisor and was told none is available. I finally was transferred to a supervisor where I was put on hold and then they disconnected me. I talked to two different reps who both read the same script about the "major component". I suspect RIDGID is aware of the problem and rather than replacing the part they are making people jump through hoops. Both reps also said the packages are weighed so if they are off by even an ounce then they would know a part is missing and the package would never have arrived to the Home Depot warehouse. RIDGID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!!. They use semantics to get out of their own mistakes. That rings dishonest to me. DO NOT BUY FROM RIDGID!!!!!! November 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected... I am a believer and owner of numerous Ridgid tools over the years as a contractor. I do love the versatility of the Jobmax tool suite; however the "Auto Hammer Head" is useless with the 18V power base attached. It would not drive a 16d nail in a spruce 2x4. If you plan to use it, attach the 120V or the air powered base. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Durable and Inexpensive Very durable. This kit provided me with the accessories I need for several different projects around the house. I also like the additional replaceable heads to broaden the utilization of the same kit. This is a great all-in-one tool. November 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by More power than my electrical multi-tool I bought this to use when I have limited electrical power, but found it is much more powerful that my off brand multitool. I continually find more uses when I have it handy. November 25, 2014
