I agree; it is egregious to have to buy a new pump just because the elbow snaps off. Same problem happened to my unit. I looked it up on Ridgid's site, and it looks like the only parts you can get are the front cover and filter. Oh yeah, you can actually purchase the decals! But no elbow. I'm looking at purchasing a submersible pump from Amazon for a lot less. It might require replacing the tubing or Read More

Answer:
Thank you for contacting RIDGID. The submersible water pump for RIDGID tile saws does not have an adjustable flow intake. The water may be sporadic because of build-up in the water line or nozzles. If, after checking each piece, this issue is not resolved, please contact our Customer Support line by calling 800-4-RIDGID (800-474-3443).

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in RIDGID.
The tile saw thick water hose/tubing that is normally used or connected to the pumps elbow has a diameter of 9.5 outer X 6.2 inner. That water hose/tubing is available under RIDGID part #089038001099 through the RIDGID master parts distributor at 1-877-544-9253.

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by tile saw pump Convenient to purchase this at a box store instead of a specialty store and I used my discount/coupons to purchase it so it saved me money. August 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by works great The pump was easy to install I had to replace the factory pump that came with tile saw due to defective bearings I hope this one lasts longer than original even though it is the same pump February 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works. I have an old tile saw that was useless due to the broken pump. This pump works better than the original. September 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I needed this item. It was the right item for what I needed to get my tile saw up and running again. I had bought a different water pump but when I saw this one I like the fact that it was smaller so would fit in the tile saw water better than the other one I found and the price was reasonable so I bought it. June 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by this pump does not work. I purchased the rigid wet tile saw that comes with this pump as it's water supply. It worked intermittently at best out of the box. I then replaced it with a new one and that one didn't work at all out of the box. I replaced it with the 40 gph ryobi that has worked fine since I bought it although to get adequate water flow you will need to elevate the pump and water supply to minimize the amount of lift the pump needs. February 1, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Top of the line replacement. This was for a very expensive wet tile saw and when the pump stopped working, I was aprehansive that I would be able to find another pump that would work correctly. I was pleased to find the exact replacement pump in stock and that it was so easy to install. Thank-you Home Depot! March 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by disent product extra long cord, but difficult to install on some models of wet saws March 11, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by never worked We bought the 7in tile saw and the pump came with it. First time testing it out, it didn't work. We exchanged the water pump for a new one. Got home, and that too didn't work. After 2 failed water pumps, I called Home Depot to see if they would let me exchange just the ridgid water pump for the roybi. The made the switch. The cheaper roybi water pump worked. February 8, 2011
