To be fair, I am 6 foot 210 pounds and grew up swinging sledges and axes on the farm. After one cord of elm there was a 8 inch crack running down the middle of the handle. The head broke off after another half cord. There is a band of fiberglass as big as my thumb running down the center of the handle, the rest is just soft overmolded plastic. It looked pretty in the store and felt ok in my hands but did not hold up at all. Made in India says more than I can ever write here regarding the poor quality.

The head fell off the handle with no way to repair after one very mild season of use

This axe got a descent amount of use the first week I had it. By the end of that week I was having to tape the handle to keep the rubber grip from falling apart. Week two had the "cement" that held the head of the axe to the handle started chipping apart. Now were at the end of week 2 and that cement has completely chipped away....Returning the axe later today. Thinking about trying to find an old one at a flea market or something of that nature. Do to this being one of those occasions where "they don't make them like they used to" applies....

After light use splitting wood and cutting small trees the head started to separate from the handle and eventually came off

Used it this summer for about three months of light use. While splitting some small logs the cement that hold the head of fell out. I already disliked the handle but now it's really useless.

There is nothing "premium" about this ax. This is the second one I've bought and they both broke in exactly the same place. The handle looks substantial but the part that goes in the ax head tapers down to a tiny piece. When that tiny piece breaks -- and it will because it can't handle the stress from normal chopping -- the head falls off and the ax is useless. I already bought a much stronger ax with a hickory handle from a "tool" store and I'm taking this one back for a refund.

I had the axe for about 6 months, it only saw a few weekends of light use. The blade of the axe is decent quality, however, the bond between blade and handle is terrible. The last time I used it the handle separated from the blade and turned my axe into a useless hunk of metal and fiberglass. I would not recommend this to anyone who needs a trusty tool.
