Customer Questions & Answers

Is there a version of this for 60 psi for sprinkler systems like the 32ETI rainbird product!

Asked by: dave
Unfortunately the pressure reducer in the 32ETI kit is not sold separately. If you knew your pressure regularly performed at an acceptable level for sprinklers the pressure regulator part of this kit could be removed. This can be measured with a pressure gauge.

Can this be used to tie-in to one pop up impact sprinkler ? Not looking for drip irrigation at this time.

Do not know. I suggest contacting Rainbird. They should be able to tell you whether it will handle an impact sprinkler head.

How do I get the 1/2 inch tubing to stay on the end of this faucet connection?

It looks like I just slip the hose onto the end, but it won't stay on. What am I doing wrong?
Asked by: frustrated
I am also having trouble with this. I make sure everything is already connected and make sure that the 1/2" tube is the last thing I connect. I pull out the connection piece, insert the 1/2 tube and twist the connection as it retracts over the connection kit. I think the connection pull-out it secures the 1/2" hose over an inner part as it retracts and twists.
