Howdy Anonymous,
This product is moisture resistant instead of proof. You most likely would want something like:

I purchased it to repair cracks in concrete blocks in my basement! It's so grainy that it falls off my finger the second it comes out of the tube, and as for sticking to a crack in a block...FORGET IT!!! I previously used another brand that was so smooth that it just glided on and stayed exactly where I put it! Unfortunately, that brand isn't available in a tube anymore, so out of desperation I tried this! I have never been more disappointed in a product! It's completely worthless to me!

We did all of the major cement "pointing", but there were a lot of small holes and cracks. We used this masonry caulk and it worked great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to work with. PROS: Easy to work with. Is thinner/more liquid than I expected, but this allows the product to penetrate and adhere very well once cured. Although gray in color, it is a lighter gray than the color-indicating cap shows. It does have some material mixed in to resemble mortar texture when finished -- and added bonus. CONS: Claims 50 linear feet -- but this is for a 3/16" bead (ie, less than 1/4") -- so you'll likely need more than you think. OVERALL: I've used this product for multiple applications around my house. Have never experienced any issues with it. Clean up is easy; appearance of the final product is better than expected -- just a lighter shade of gray than the surrounding surfaces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product at a good price! I purchased this product to fill in a very large crack on our front porch. The product applied easily, and dried super-fast. It's kept the rain water and bugs out! Now, I'll sand it all down and repaint soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Concrete Caulk Red Devil I used this on a front sidewalk (3) three weeks ago and still waiting for it to harden. Save yourself some money just take you're kids silly putty and use it instead. And YES, I followed the directions. This is only the second bad review I have ever written about a product and I have bought more than 400 items online. This products was a waste of my money and will be of yours!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A total hassle to apply The caulking does have some sand (or something) in it that should make it stronger and bond better. However this caulking is a hassle to apply. In general I have found this brand to have easy to use caulking but this formula I will not use in the future. Once I pulled the metal rod back away from the tube the caulking wouldn't stop flowing. This was a problem when I was trying to smooth out what was just applied as the caulking kept flowing out of the tube and dropping to the ground. I do not like caulking that does this and other Red Devil formula's I have tried will stop very quickly. The caulking itself may hold up but due to the hassle factor I'll be skipping this specific mix.
