I've read some other user's reviews of this product and I think they're unfairly giving the product a bad wrap. Let's be clear, this is a normal painters caulk WITHOUT silicon, as reflected in the price, and the product performs as described. I love buying this product by the case to meet my general caulking needs and I will say when I use it outdoors, I'll go over it in certain spots where I know the caulked area will be exposed to major water, by using a thin layer of 100% silicon caulk over this caulk to save a few dollars on materials. Overall, a great buy for the price, and excellent for general indoor use in non-moisture areas. Buy silicon caulk in moisture areas!

Cheap but good! I used this caulk inside AND outside of my home and it DID the job! I used the caulk to perfectly SEAL some newly installed eves/overhangs on my home and about a few hours to a day later it was ready to paint! LOOKS GREAT under the paint! I also used it to seal some newly installed baseboards in my home and works there too! for simple painting and/or basic paint sealer this is the caulk for me! About to buy some more to seal around the windows before I paint those frames too!

You'll end up having to redo it anyway. This stuff is thin, and it shrinks. So hard to get a nice small curve in a corner joint. Way better off with the ALEX Fast Dry. It's a little more expensive but you only have to do it once, and it still looks great a month later.

I have never wrote a review for anything before. But, this stuff is terrible. I've been painting for over 20 years and by far the worst product ever. It's like trying to caulk with Cool Whip!

There are air bubbles in the tubes, which causes the caulk to continue to squirt out, even with no pressure on the tube. I've used about 10 of these tubes and some are better than others, but they all squirt out. The caulk also yellows within a few weeks, much more so than other paintable latex caulks I've used. If you don't completely paint over what you caulked, it looks terrible within a month.
